On point 7. It’s interesting to note that if you say something like “that’s a good offer for both of us”, it makes the opposing player less likely to back out of the offer. Plenty of new players offer good trades and being the first to respond while encouraging the behavior let’s you get better trades from them in the future.

What do you think of people that offer stupid trades or stupid counter offers. Like asking for a resource early in the game that it should be obvious that no one has. Or giving stupid counter offers, like yes I will give you that ore, but I want 5 cards back.....With timers in CU, its hard to ask those probing questions, like what do you plan to do with the resource. As always, thanks for the instructional videos, they are very helpful.
Hey Joe! It could be a strong way to 'play dumb'. I wouldn't recommend the 1:5 stuff, that can only make people angry. In general, I think it's important in competitive gaming to keep your cool at all times. Even though the trades are stupid, just deny them and keep focusing. Remember: because they make a stupid offer, it doesn't say anything about that you're playing against that player. I'm glad the video was helpful!

@@Treeckosaurus haha well. It wasn't originally an honest trade. Id be talking, and being super nice and when that player asks for a trade id verbally agree to it and throw in 1 or 2 more cards than the 1:1 asked
