I’d say that’s pretty good. I’d include maces and club bells as that are closer to real warrior movements. Mark Wildman does great videos on this.

With the banded jumps how do they help your performance
They help with vertical leap and explosive power

No wraps on the deadlift…absolutely right.
If you can pick it up without wraps then you can’t pick it up period…
Wraps don't change your strength. His #1 rule is injury prevention and that's what knee wraps are for. Wrist straps help you do more reps before your grip gives out, since your posterior chain can last longer than your grip. Chalk is a safety measure to prevent your hands from slipping, like every Olympic lifter uses.

If you can’t pick it up or do reps without equipment aids, then you can’t lift it…period.
Bands help people get more pull up reps too. Do those count?

I see where balance and symmetry are pretty much being forced without collars. Is there a risk/reward I'm not seeing?
