    Hey Bobby, great vid! I was curious as to how you fit rest times in your workouts. I've been checking out your daily workouts which look awesome! But I couldn't find anything regarding rest time, so I was just curious.

    slow and strict makes the exercise three times as hard as jerking your body around. Good for you for showing how hard it is to do them right.

    I’ve just started following your channel and noticed you have a Munster Rugby flag on the wall. Is this because you look like their former captain and legend Paul O’Connell? Great content by the way

    I’d say that’s pretty good. I’d include maces and club bells as that are closer to real warrior movements. Mark Wildman does great videos on this.

      @@drago1127by the way things that improve vertical leap often improve other athletic qualities like acceleration/deceleration. Agility and sprinting speed

    No wraps on the deadlift…absolutely right.
    If you can pick it up without wraps then you can’t pick it up period…

    • @rhozu
      @rhozu Місяць тому

      Wraps don't change your strength. His #1 rule is injury prevention and that's what knee wraps are for. Wrist straps help you do more reps before your grip gives out, since your posterior chain can last longer than your grip. Chalk is a safety measure to prevent your hands from slipping, like every Olympic lifter uses.

      Im aware what they are for, been lifting for decades.
      Doesn’t change anything.
      If you can’t pick it up or do reps without equipment aids, then you can’t lift it…period.
      Bands help people get more pull up reps too. Do those count?

  • @argirot
    @argirot Місяць тому

    Wow, impressive. First time stumbling into your channel. Maybe you've addressed this in other places, I cringed to see you lifting without collars on the bar, yet talking about remaining injury free. I see where balance and symmetry are pretty much being forced without collars. Is there a risk/reward I'm not seeing?

    Hate to be nit-picky but they're are MUCH better jumpers than Mario example
    Anyone who's played super Mario Bros 2 Super Mario 3d world or any 3d Mario game with Luigi or worse new super Luigi u knows Luigi has always been the better jumper
