one thing Jake will do is fully commit to a role, Love it
Would've been cooler to show us his progression over a year. Start at day one, check in at month three, then six, then nine, etc. As it is now, we have zero idea how difficult it was for him to get to this point from where he started.
That would give away the secret. Eat clen, Tren hard, Anavar give up.
Jake is awesome and he looked great for this movie. The whole Connor thing was way over the top imo and exaggerated and I saw way more of Connor than I wanted to, literally :). Thanks for posting, cool to see how the "jacked up" actors get ready for a movie. Thanks!
He was PHENOMENAL (😉👍if you understood) in Southpaw.... Seems like he's gone and done 1 better with this one. 😎👍 Lookin forward to it!!!
''They are all on steroids'' once upon a time a wise man said it...Nate Diaz :)
Im a fan but I dunno if I’d put either Diaz bros on the wise list.
@@User-54631Yeah, he takes those hits because there ain't much brains to slosh around.
Jake does not have a riod body
@@joeljackshaw5788 Uh ya he does rofl. You are delusional.
@@joeljackshaw5788he totally does
That’s a smart move! More friends on board means more fun and extra bonuses to go around. Let’s spread the word
I loved the film. Jake is one of my favorite actors. Great debut by Conor too.
"no proteus?" - you gotta be effing kidding me 😂
That first scene in Road house with post malone was winstrol dehydration for sure looked sick though
Will there be a part 2?
Love Jake ❤
Dr. Mike is going to have a slight man crush on Mr. Gyllenhall

You guys did an amazing job! Super impressed!!! Great movie!
Jake's core looked so pumped.
What was his Abs workout routine?
Ripped for the movie and it looked awesome on the screen.
Some great tips here I'll be incorporating into my own and my clients training 💪🏾
Looks like it’s straight to dvd!
Straight to VHS

Brutal! I love it. Jake is a complete badass
Heard from my cousin about their loyalty program he’s been getting rewards left and right
I feel like this movie was more for a paycheck and to get shredded. Such a run of the mill movie.
Agree
A homeless woman named Emma recently experienced a life-changing encounter with LARRY FRED's UA-cam videos. Through his content, Emma found motivation, regained her strength, and ultimately became successful. It's a beautiful testament to the power of compassion and the transformative influence of the internet. Let's remember that even in our darkest moments, there is always hope for a brighter future.
I know "LARRY FRED".
Awesome place to view out on UA-cam for successful deeds!!!!!
Thanks I just searched, I saw his videos. I'm really impressed with his credentials.
The bots have evolved

Incredible dedication total commitment for a unique film choreography, a much more involved film than just an action flick. Thanks for sharing great job also👏👍
@JakeGyllenhaal-qu4fr thank you for taking the time to reply, I will be watching 😉
I hope Jake signed up to be in other action movies that’ll actually hit the theaters.
Never give up, This Clip is pure Motivation!!! 💯💯💯
J Gizzle beast with that humbleness. Great combo
such a great actor and his training is 🔥🔥🔥
Gyllenhaal: What we are doing is real. Trainer: Yeah, look at his stomach 😂
Conor was sharing his chicken, rice, and broccoli with Jake.
xD
I can't wait to see Dr.Mike react to this
Jake Gyllenhaal has the most intense look on his face, even when he’s not doing intense stuff.
Mr. Gyllenhaal doesn't take his health & fitness for granted. He has my upmost respect! 👍🏾
