Doing this with your slim arms workout until I get my desired results❤
Day 1 : ✅ honestly it wasn’t bad just tiring I’m super excited to see what results this workout gives❤😊
Day 2 : ❌😞 I didn’t feel like doing it bc I was too busy so I just skipped but I did lots of walking❤
Day 3 : ✅ my abs are burning but atleast this is pretty easy unless your not flexible it might be hard❤
Day 4 : ✅ I did it for the first time I actually wanted to do it❤😊
Day 5 : ✅ didn’t want to do it but still did it bc I had little motivation
Day 6 : ❌ honestly didn’t feel like it so I didn’t do it😂
Keep going! It's worth it eventually:p

I'll do this for 15 days everyday.
Day 1- ✅️Pretty easy
Day 2- ✅️ I found myself struggling in some of the exercises but was still able to complete it.
Day 3- ✅️ It was fun today doing this routine cuz i was doing with my czn. 😅
Day 4- ✅️ easyy, my tummy looks flat. 😍
Day 5- ✅️ i was only able to do half of the exercises
Day 6- ✅️ donee, but i cant see any more difference
Day 7 -❌️
Day 8 - ❌️ didn't fell the slightest urge to do, had no motivation.
As a punishment I'll start over again from day 1 🙂
Anyways,
Day 1-✅️ done
Day 2-✅️ doneeeee

The title says it is for the entire body
But judging by exercises, it's probably for waist, abdomen, buttocks, back, and (probably) legs 👍
