Yo keep me posted I'm hopping on soon myself. A word of advice you should ween off sugar over a period of time. At least that's a sensible suggestion I myself have heard and will utilize, withdrawal symptoms are severe for some people. Anyway good luck homie!
it's a misnomer that carbs build muscle, they don't. Carbs cause sarcoplasmic swelling, due to the glycogen, which gives the muscles a fuller/filled out appearance. While that is desirable, what you are seeing is different from what you think it is.
High consumption of red meats doesn't pose a cancer risk that's a lie everything we have been told about what is and isn't healthy is a lie the aim is to have you believe all kinds of nonsense so that they can dictate your eating habits they want you to think eating plans is healthy and meat is bad everything in this reality has been inverted
No it isn’t a cancer risk. There aren’t any credible studies that prove such causation. Eating only meat can actually help cure some cancers, as you’re staving the cancer cells of sugar. Cancer cells behave like yeast and can only thrive and proliferate on sugar. They cannot use ketones, so going carnivore can be used as a tool to help cure cancer. Please do your research rather than just spouting the accepted “meat causes cancer” paradigm that they want us to believe. If we all went carnivore, there would be no money to be made by big food and big pharma, so they tell us anything to keep us coming back for the junk and the pills!!!
@@MeadeFatLoss That's not true at all. We need animal fats for our hormones and overall health. Our bodies have multiple organs that help process fats. I understand your skepticism, I thought it was crazy at first, too. But it's important to do some research about this, especially considering how much misinformation we've been fed over the past century.

I've spent 2 months tapering off sugar and getting it in my head that I'm not giving up even if I give in.
Nice presentation. Good luck to you!
I'm doing meat, orange juice, kimchi, and cayenne pepper

I can't believe people actually only eat meat. That's so unhealthy!
Too much of something doesn't seem right. High consumption of red meats can be cancer risk. I think a balanced diet is best.

That's what they want you to think, if you ever tried this you would say otherwise.

@@Sweezi but it's true that lots of red meat can be bad for your health. It's better to have lean meats
