  • I recently heard PMS described as "Please Make Space" and I thought what a beautiful way to describe what we really need during this phased of the cycle. Premenstrual phase often gets a bad rap. It's that time of the month where we're the leat patient and most irritable.
    But what if these feelings in our body are really just communication. Our body asking for what we really need at this time: SPACE.
    Bring as many props as you need into today's practise. Enjoy.

    Thank you so much for this and all of your yoga classes ive always struggled with my cycle and i had a lot of bleeding issues when my period first started i recently removed my iud that i never really wanted to have in the first place and ive barely been able to have a period at all and its been super frustrating i feel so much peace while following along with your yoga classes but i can also feel all of that saddness that i have buried and even if its slowly you are helping me to release it so thank you for that ❤
