Guided meditation for healing

  • In today’s meditation we set the intention to move towards healing. And then we let go of the idea that we need to “do anything” for healing to happen. Healing is not something you do or that you can work towards, but something you need to allow. We make space in our mind and in our bodies to experience the pain, the hurt, the emotions all, of it and let ourselves unravel as needed.
    I know that sounds ridiculously simple for something that in reality can be an excruciatingly
    challenging process. Allowing space for healing is a quiet subtle practice and one where you might ask yourself what is even the point of this. At the end of this meditation today you might feel the same, or a little bit calmer or even might find that everything inside you feels all stirred up.
    That’s okay. Trust the process.
    Sometimes healing is messy. It can also be beautiful and even uneventful at times. It doesn’t matter what you’ve come to this meditation to seek healing from. Whether you’re going through a stressful fertility journey, or you’re struggling with anxiety, maybe you’re deep in grief or perhaps everything in your life currently feels upside down. I hope this guided meditation meets you where you’re at.
