This video Drywall After Closing Up A Window is a followup after a previous video made on How to Close Off a Window Opening: • How to Close Off a Win...
I go over more of the drywall process on how to properly hang Sheetrock, how to put the screws in it and how to tape and mud. Closing in a window really isn't that hard, but what can make the job difficult is the carpentry or framing that was done to install that window to start with.
I pulled out more wood than ever need to be because they installed the window in backwards. They installed it from the inside and used an abundant amount of wood to frame in the window from the outside. And even after all that wood, still didn't have the window sealed off. Air and bugs were still able to get through.
I do show a few tools that may be very helpful when you drywall after closing up a window. SEE TOOLS USED BELOW:

If i cover up my window from the inside without taking out the actual window with insulation, will mold grow on the window glass between the window glass and the insulation?

It's very possible. It will also look bad from the outside too. Depends on how much heat the window experiences but i would recommend removing the window entirely

@@thatguythere996 I imagine they would just side over it on the outside.
