Amen. This girl is on fire! I accidentally burned my hand with boiling hot water and covered it immediately with ice water, yet the Holy Spirit has me covered in fire with His word, the hand burn is nothing compared to the fire of the Holy Spirit. I do not burn, as you might expect, but desire to hear His word from Fr. Mark. Amen.

Thank you so much Fr. Mark for a very powerful and affirming homily! I really love reading scripture and have a very real thirst for it! I needed to hear you say that people who love scripture time are on fire with the Holy Spirit! It never ceases to amaze me how I can read a passage in scripture that I have read many times before, and suddenly it comes alive in a new way that I haven’t experienced. Just late last night, while reading my bible, I became aware of my true dignity! You often say “we know who we are, and who’s we are”! I now know exactly what you mean! I thank the Lord that you, Father, are on fire with the Holy Spirit. May God always bless you!

I first heard of Fr Bob Bedard in 1984, on a cassette disc, telling about his first pilgrimage to Medjugorje. His witness excited my spirit, I KNEW our Lady was there , in his witness. I went the next year in 1985 , then not until 2010 . May Fr Bob Bedard and Saint Catherine of Sienna intercede so that we will be set on Fire !

Meditate on a word or passage, repeating it over and over.
Keep listening to Fr. Goring.

Fill a bottle with Holy Water from your church and sprinkle it and say a prayer of blessing and make the Sign of the Cross using the Holy Water.
Go to Reconciliation and receive Jesus in the Eucharist.
Do you have retreats in your area? Join one if so.
I need help being more enthusiastic about my faith.
And I need to pray that the children of myself and my siblings all find the Holy Spirit. They’ve all been Baptized and Confirmed but there comes a time when you have to seek the Holy Spirit. I fear the “world” takes hold and so I must pray the Holy Spirit grows in them.

I enjoy hearing Fr. Goring’s homilies. Usually I am no fan of the internet but to be able to listen to Fr. Goring speak helps me grow in my faith. He has a gift. He helps inspire with his passion.

I don’t know who Father Bob was but we used to attend meetings with Father D’Orio in NY and CT and oozed the power of the Holy Spirit
I need ti read this book. I had a mystical experience at 20, and not practicing my faith after highschool, and being curious about all religions - especially buddhism and taoism - I did not understand why I had the experience. I had never heard of it so thought it was either religious or a chemica imbalance. I did talk to a priest, and he gave me one of St.Teresa's books, but said nothing about the Holy Spirit. For nearly 50 years now I wasn't sure. Fr. Mark has touched me with his talk.

I’m begging you God to Send the Holy Ghost
“Remember not the events of the past. Your sins I remember no more. He wants us to be forgiven. He wants to give us a new heart, to put a new Spirit within us so we can live as children of God, as children of the light…He simply wants us to ask the Lord to baptize us with the Holy Spirit….Can you do that today? Can you do that in your prayer time…?…Invite the Holy Spirit into your life….He will come in His own mysterious, beautiful way.
Ask the Lord to fill you with his Spirit.
Have you invited the Holy Spirit unconditionally into your life? When the Holy Spirit fills us we begin to live a bit of a supernatural life. We begin to have a kingdom effect in the world.
We’re supposed to have a spiritual impact. If we want to do this we need to be on fire with the divine fire, the fire from heaven. Say yes to the Holy Spirit. Invite Him in, let Him set your life on fire. We’ll set the Church on fire and then we’ll set the whole world on fire.”
MARY'S APPEAL
For the Immaculate Heart Triumph
"Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us now and at the hour of our death."

- No enrollment needed just a simple blessing from a priest for any soul to benefit
- One can give away to anyone in and outside the faith... even hidden from the individual and also please say the prayer.
- Help a souls eternity especially those who are obstinate to keep it hopeful for everyone
- Great blessing if worn in regards to wearing it but not a prerequisite to obtaining grace
- When you feel your voice is not heard or one worries in regards to their eternity... heaven gives us hope for them in this sacramental
- additional benefit: add Both Style Miraculous Medals for the purpose to give strength and signal graces to help souls when worn.
Baptism in the Holy Spirit--- what we ALL need.
Do not be misled into believing that the BHS replaces the sacraments and is contrary to catholic teaching. Just the opposite ----- the BHS reinforces the teaching of the Church and makes alive the sacraments in a manner one has never seen or felt before.
The same Spirit that touches us at Baptism, the same Spirit that strengthens us at confirmation, this same Spirit wants to animate our lives and set on fire our love for the Lord!

Thank you for your message today. For I have encountered some that say only a full submersion is a proper Baptism. Yet Christ has called me I have actually heard him. He has called me by my name. Baptised as a baby then Confirmed at the age of 11. You have to relinquish yourself to Christ fully, and seek forgiveness for your sins. Then ask for the Holy Spirit into your life. Amen

Bob Bedard... Amen to him! And you. We truly are lacking fire...but what like are the best homilies you bring to us. We have very lackluster leadership right now in our parishes. Such generic homilies. 🤷♀️
I wish I had been able to meet Fr. Bob Bedard. He sounds amazing. I looked him up and two of his oft quoted sayings are:
† It makes no sense to catechize our people before they have been evangelized
† We cannot assume that the average Catholic who attends Mass on Sunday has been evangelized
