Fr., you have truly been blessed with the ability to speak as St. Paul was. You touch my heart. I thank God for your videos.
I implore everyone to go to confession if you’ve missed Mass and start receiving the Eucharist. It took me a while to find a church with regular confessional hours. So, I still went to Mass but didn’t receive. I just couldn’t get it out of my mind that I committed a mortal sin by missing Mass.

Funny, I was just reflecting on how people don't expect you to be perfect usually because they don't think they're perfect themselves,
And then this notification popped up and I accidentally tapped it but I stuck with it and I'm glad to have listened to it.
Its so beautiful when people admit their weakness and sinfulness as it opens our own hearts to do the same

Thank you for this, Fr. Mark! As always, you speak such profound truth and with simplicity, and it’s so refreshing to hear that we can just be ourselves and not worry about what others think of us. (This is the opposite to the way the world thinks). This is true childlike simplicity that will not only give us freedom, but joy too. In other words, it’s another call from the Lord to become like children. to trust in the Holy Spirit to guide us.
‘I rejoice to be little , because only children and those like them will be admitted into heaven’. (St. Therese of Lisieux).

Dear sweet Father, you just made me feel wonderful, that I am who God wants me to be. I’m not a great scholar or speaker, but I’m pretty good at praying, and my meager quiet prayers are pleasing to Him and His Holy Mother’s rosary. I just wish Satan wouldn’t bug me so much. I think I’m old enough to be your great grandmother 👵🏻🤣. Have a Blessed life.

As always, powerful words and important messages Fr. Mark! In going through the Bible in a Year (with Fr. Mike Schmitz), he echoes much of what you shared today. King Saul's downfall was his preoccupation with what others thought of him and Solomon's was, in spite of all his wisdom, his disobedience to the Lord.
Learning to laugh at one's self and not take ourselves too seriously is important to becoming humble enough to listen to Him and obey Him. Thank you for your good example of your humility in sharing your vulnerabilities with us!

Every time I hear I have a purpose the thing that comes to mind is to paint. I painted Jesus on a large canvas once. I gave it to a priest I knew, I think he liked it but wasn’t expecting it to be so big! Anyway, I have had other people comment on it. I’m an amateur self taught painter. My sister says why don’t you go to a painting class and my response is “no” I don’t want anyone telling me how to paint. I’m a free spirit painter. But I need to get back to painting 🖼. One of my other gifts was making people laugh I think I’ve lost that but maybe not. Haha have a good day Fr Mark🙏
I started doing portraits of saints recently. Was taking a portrait class but stopped going when Covid broke out. Praise be to God since I'm also being taught by the BEST teacher..the Holy Spirit!
I like It! The H. spirit said yesterday, while i was stll in bed; 'you are free to have Joy!". and i understood why He said it, and laughed the whole day, watched some pranks and had great fun, and felt life opening-up again,. A cheerfull heart is the best way to stay sane in this world,. Bless you father, you are precious!
