Hmmm...I have to agree with all you were saying from what I've learned over past decades until you said no organ meats. Over history many of the healthiest peoples eat organ meats. They have the highest nutritional value over red meat. Dr Weston A Price discovered and proved this in the 30's, traveling to several different peoples around the world for 10 years with his wife wanting to know why these people were so healthy and strong and very few cavities if any at all. What he discovered was their main diet was meat and dairy with organ meats, but they were all disconnected from outside processed foods. There is a Weston A Price Foundation and a very large number of people. 😉
The more I learn about nutrition I’m starting to realize it’s best just to eat the food God made for us, but it has to be as close to natural as he designed. There’s also a lot of fasting in the Bible! Be a Christian and eat healthy, win/win.👍
Amen! Funny thing is though - He technically had us planned to be vegan or vegetarian, because there was no eating of animals in the Garden of Eden. The first animal skin was to clothe their shame. God only said humans has the animals as food after the flood. Crazy Christian facts are fun. Prayers you guys are all blessed! He used this to heal me completely from issues that can't be healed. I'm so blessed. Carnivore and fasting for life.
Hello friends and fellow meat eaters. All indigenous cultures that ate meat ate and prized organ and gland meat. These are your power foods and they are essential to your diet. They ensure your fertility, the power levels of the body and your longevity. Do not skip them just find the kinds of organic organ meats you like. Me I love the way raw lamb and goat kidneys taste and make me feel.
@@AnneMB955 I hugely disagree with that. We live in a world of falseness and temptation. Metabolic diseases have been normalized. Most people are on prescriptions to artificially alter their physiology in some way. Other than some times of famine, we live in the unhealthiest time in human history on a per-capita basis. The way to health is with intention and information, signposted by our evolution and evolutionary diet. The only manner that I thank goodness for living now is that the internet has allowed people to remind us to return to natural eating patterns. The prior few generations were tricked into awful eating patterns.
this video can be boiled down into "Man Made" vs "Whole Food" versions. Steak was cut from a cow, it is a whole food. Canned steak has been processed, additives, stored for long periods, it is "Man Made". So do not eat man made food and your better off.

Deli meats harbor bacteria from the slicing blade. Please let me explain. I am an RN. Who are the people using the slicing blade, & what is their hygiene. Who cleans that slicing blade, and how well, and how often? Don't let those vinyl gloves fool you.... Those vinyl gloves have touched everything in that deli area... Including the people themselves. Bacteria multiply about every 30 minutes and you can get a bad case of food poisoning.
how about aged steakes in the fridge for 2-3 weeks like the way Dr Chaffee does? BS. Your stomach acid will kill that bacteria. This is all american delusional crap.
I haven't eaten sliced deli meat in well over 5 years. However, I never knowingly had food poisoning from deli meat in the 55 years I was eating it prior to that and I used to eat a lot of it. Absolutely true that those vinyl gloves tend to touch things they should never touch.
Delis have strict food safety guidelines they have to adhere to. Slicers are cleaned regularly, sanitized and employees have to wash their hands before handling the meat or cheese, and wear gloves. They have to change their gloves after each customer. Quit fear mongering. There's nothing wrong with uncured deli meats.

Your hair does look beautiful! I’m almost 8 months carnivore and my hair is not healthy at all. I’m hoping it gets better, I really suffered a lot of loss the first few months. That was one of the biggest reasons i switched to carnivore to help stop my thinning hair. 😢
@@DeniseCusick It is completely normal in the beginning to lose some hairs. Do not use castor oil or coconut oil on the scalp, because it is way to heavy and cloggs the hair folicles. Rosmary water can be purchased or you can make it yourself (there are lots of tutorials on yt) I doubled my hairs like this🥰
I recently started eating carnivore because I felt awful when I was eating a macro diet. A patient of mine explained their eating habits, I was like, oh I can do this. It made sense. I stopped counting macro and calories, and now I’m almost two weeks in. I have slowly started eating less and less carbs. My goal is by week 3, eating no carbs whatsoever. 90% of nutrition is diary and meats of different kinds. ❤
You’re right. And in the perfect world, this would be great advice. But none of us live in a perfect world with a perfect budget. I think people do the best they can with what they have. And nowadays that’s about all you can really ask for.

I bye half of my meat from a regenerative farm just south of me here in Florida. They have what they call an old world blend of ground meat that contains bison and organ meat. I use that for my meatloaf. It gives me that extra nutrition and tastes a little different from pure ground beef, but it is very good. And if you don't have one near you the name of this farm is Ferguson Farms, and they ship all over the country. More expensive, but clean. Also, why only half of my meat comes from there. Yes, we need to be sourcing clean meat! I'm on my 4th week of carnivore. Still experiencing inflammation even though my meat choices are clean. The meat sweats are less though! Thanks Bella, for your videos.
I understand your point on organ meats and there is a BIG hype in this lately but there are MANY with nutritional deficiencies especially those on pharmaceuticals. Those pharmaceuticals cause all sorts of nutritional deficiencies and eating organs are a great way to help try to replace some of those. YOU may not need them and survived well without needing them and that’s great but please don’t discourage an optimal way for others to gain from them especially while on meds. Remember we are ALL uniquely different in our nutritional needs. Blessings 🩷

I love liver and my own home made pate but it's more a treat... I don't live on the stuff. :D Here in UK, the definition of 'free range' has changed to cover up a multitude of sins. I get my eggs from local farmer who raises the chooks roaming free to forage and dust bathe and live a natural life. Tbh I don't think they really work out that much more expensive than store bought 'free range' but I'd rather pay bit more for happy hens and eggscellent nutrition. :D
I found the organ supplements subject you touched on fascinating. I was in a supplements store yesterday speaking with the clerk, (whom I just learned is carnivore also). There were two brands, one was fermented, the other one, not. We didn't discuss the issues you raised, but we will next time. Thank you, Bella! I have some that I brought earlier that I'll just sprinkle on my big dog's food one cap at a time. He's been on raw since I got him at 5yrs old. Now, at 12, he surprises everyone who asks his age. He often gets raw liver or sardines added to a well-portioned twice a day feeding.
I love my daily broth from beef bones and meat, flavored with Celtic salt and water. 😊 I cook it every day and save a little of only the broth for breakfast, while eating all the meat and bone marrow with most of the broth right after I cooked it. I just ordered a huge pressure cooker to save energy. 😊
Thats nice that finally somebody talks about meat and bone broth. I use also my pressure cooker , i make a lot, filling the boiling hot soup and meat in clean glasses with stirilised lids. This soup stays fresh for the whole week, I eat it every day. 🏖️Saves time and Energy and tastes very good. Not necessary to eat only steak. 14
Awesome piano! Thanks for sharing. I have massive problems finding unpasteurized milk or cheese. So badly love a couple of chunks of cheese occasionally.
Canned sardines and north pacific/Alaska wild caught salmon that is BPA free is very healthy. Dr Erick Westman has talked about this. Any amount of possible mercury is of little worries compared to the health benefits of the omega 3 and high quality protein especially the northern Pacific wild salmon and sardines.
As far as milk goes, you may wish to consider Fairlife whole milk. It's Lactose Free and includes the lactase enzyme which is what a lactose intolerant person is lacking in their small intestine. It is pasteurized but not ULTRA-pasteurized. We tried it for the first time about 2 years ago and never went back to other brands. Fairlife also claims to have 50% more protein and 50% less sugar (6 grams vs 12 grams of regular whole milk in 8 0z). I'm going to try it in a new yogurt recipe and see how that works out. FYI. We really enjoy your posts.
@@carolbrooks1341 Geez. Their entire milk line is suppose to be lactose free. I know it does contain lactase enzyme, but that too is suppose to be a good thing. I'd love to send a sample out for testing. Thanks for the info.
Raw milk is illegal in Canada, it sucks. It's really hard to find clean ingredients, and grass-fed is just unaffordable here. 16$ a lbs for grass-fed grass-finished ground beef vs 7.5$ a lbs for a regular farm ground beef and 3-4$ a lbs from stores. Wish I could support regenetive farming but I simply cannot, even with a great salary as a software developer. My rent just increased 500$ a month since covid.
I just found Sunworks Farm through the Eat Wild website. They have organic, grass-fed, certified humane ground beef for less than $10/lb in Canada. I imagine there are a bunch more places that sell online for similar and lower prices, and are located in Canada, as well.
@musicingflowing Thanks so much for this. I've been looking and couldn't find anything. Hope its not crazy expensive. Ill find out first thing next week.
I find it much more affordable eating the carnivore ketogenic way, I am retired on SS spending around $450 every month, I can reduce that by not buying dairy. ❤
💯 Bella! I normally eat very clean, with no processed meats. However, I had a bad experience last week. On Sunday, I had to travel 1.5 hours each way to a retirement party, so I prepared for it. I scrambled 6 pasture-raised eggs with some leftover steak bits/fat for breakfast and headed out, in case there wasn't anything for me to eat at the afternoon party. Surprisingly, I found a few things to munch on at the party, and had smaller amounts just to be on the safe side. Oh, what a mistake! A few slices of pepperoni, salami, cheese, etc., from the antipasta platter and some skirt steak did me in! I had a typical "clean" dinner when I got home, but the "good" food wasn't enough to counteract the party meat. The next day, I felt like a truck hit me! I only had a tiny bit of the Deli meats, so I think it was seasonings in the skirt steak marinade that got me (I had a little bit more of the steak, compared to the Deli meats). Lesson learned! Over my roughly 1.5 years of Carnivore, I've really gotten in tune with how my body reacts with food. I rarely have any processed meats, and even some uncured hot dogs/sausages give me negative effects. I stick with steak, burgers, and pasture-raised eggs 95% of the time. Heavy cream, butter, and cheese are 4%. Fish, fermented foods, and MCT oil are 1%. This combo allows me to feel great. I feel the best on steak, but ground beef allows me to not blow the budget, and I buy grass-fed ground beef and steak, whenever I can get it on sale. However, grain-fed beef is the tastiest on my palette. I hope this helps anyone who is figuring it out for themselves, and hope my "Carnivore recruit" will see this, too. He's recently began his journey and follows you and the SBG. My sharing you videos with him, has enabled him to begin his journey. Bella, he has watched several of your videos and you are definitely helping people. You helped me, and are now helping him. Thank you!

I realized this morning that cream in coffee definitely causes hunger cravings in me. I mostly drink black coffee but treated myself a couple of times using cream. After 2 hours, I find myself looking for something else to eat. Doesn’t happen otherwise.
For those one a budget(like me) I recommend Pork over beef. The shoulder cuts are fatty, delicious, and very cheap. I also use a multiple vitamin and ACV. My diet is cheaper than it was before and I’m down 31 lbs
Funny how almost no carnivore influencers mention pork, it's always the most expensive beef you can get lol. Meat is meat, mix it up as much as possible.
Would not recommend factory farmed/industrially raised pork as a staple food. Pigs are monogastric animals and store far more toxins in their fat than ruminants. Not all meat is created equal, but if you can source pork that wasn't fed garbage, then it could certainly be an option.
i love polarized amber sunglasses for blocking the blues.. i heard that you would need so much bone broth but that gelatin can be much more potent for the collagen support
I eat canned salmon.....but it is waild caught sockete, never pink. You see pink salmon everywhere, and cheaper...but...I used to lice on teh North Coast and we only used pinks for compost.
Same with pastured raised chickens. Most buyers of pastured eggs believe they are very healthy which couldn’t be anymore further from the truth. What most eat are toxic for the human body
I was getting bad leg cramps and started drinking a glass of salt water in the evenings a few days for a week and they went away. Now I do it maybe once a week for prevention. It may help you. Can also do a shot of pickle juice. Good luck!
I recently found out about the Pink Slime of the meat packing industry. Turns out it is NECESSARY to buy more expensive grass fed grass finished ground beef.
We fish - the ocean - all wild fish come w/ worms. Well not all that we have caught but Halibut and bottom fish - yup. You cook it and out they come. We still eat the fish. And Grass Fed - although tasty - not as nutrient rich as those cows finished with corn/grain. Do your research. However - most of what was said - I agree. Just try to eat clean.
I gave up milk more than a decade ago, by design milk is the best way to gain weight so that is something I really don't need. Money is a reality and I have to buy the eggs I can afford.
I have adored eating liver and kidney all my life and I shall never stop. Lamb's liver, bacon and onions in a thick gravy with mashed potatoes and mushy peas is heavenly. Steak and Kidney pie/pudding is a flavour sensation.

THX for the concert! Superb

The more I learn about nutrition I’m starting to realize it’s best just to eat the food God made for us, but it has to be as close to natural as he designed.
There’s also a lot of fasting in the Bible! Be a Christian and eat healthy, win/win.👍

Most people are on prescriptions to artificially alter their physiology in some way. Other than some times of famine, we live in the unhealthiest time in human history on a per-capita basis. The way to health is with intention and information, signposted by our evolution and evolutionary diet.

You can get a bad case of food poisoning? The same can be said for all foods in America just look a fruit and vegetables.
Thanks for the information.
how about aged steakes in the fridge for 2-3 weeks like the way Dr Chaffee does?

@@DeniseCusick It is completely normal in the beginning to lose some hairs. Are you eating enough? especially fat? this would be really important..
more tips for massive hair growth:
massage your scalp (not rubbing! deeply moving the tissue) everytime before washing your hair
once a week use rosmary water and scalp oil after massaging and leave it for 1 hour (I always do my workout or cleaning during that time).
---> important: use a light scalp oil with argan or jojoba oil and little herbal oils like rosmary oil. Do not use castor oil or coconut oil on the scalp, because it is way to heavy and cloggs the hair folicles.
Rosmary water can be purchased or you can make it yourself (there are lots of tutorials on yt)
I doubled my hairs like this🥰

I recently started eating carnivore because I felt awful when I was eating a macro diet. A patient of mine explained their eating habits, I was like, oh I can do this. It made sense. I stopped counting macro and calories, and now I’m almost two weeks in. I have slowly started eating less and less carbs. My goal is by week 3, eating no carbs whatsoever. 90% of nutrition is diary and meats of different kinds. ❤
Very nice!!! You summarized in a few minutes what took me months to figure out on my own. Good helpful info!

Make sure the chickens are not fed corn or soy.
I get my eggs from friends who have chickens. I know they get to live like chickens are supposed to and are fed well.
