I recommend everyone to find the book titled Unlocking Carnivore Potential ; it goes deep into all of this, and it changed my life
I bought this book a few months ago and it has helped me with many things. I see you posted a video where people can buy that book on your channel. Thank u so much for helping us
Starting Monday. Male. 58. 270 lbs. diabetes/hypertension.
Goal at 1 year.
No diabetes. No hypertension.

Ez, you got this man
if you drink and stop plus do carnivore i know you will make it.
All the best. I'm about 60 days in.

A man of few works, but awesome results!! 🎉👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
EX- Vegan here. Was vegan for almost 13 years and ended my starvation diet in 2018. Just started my carnivore lifestyle 4 days ago. I’m so hungry, but I eat lots of 🧈 🥩 and 🥚.
Keep going! In 4 weeks you'll feel so great!
Yes I was vegetarian and then went vegan since the late 90s. Switched to carnivore. You want to make sure you get enough fatty meats (add butter if you can tolerate it) in order to feel satiated. I had to eat a lot starting off because my body needed the nutrients from being vegan so long. Then once my body got enough nutrient I was satisfied with a small meal and one full meal a day and something OMAD.
I was vegan too but only for about 6 months. After that I ate only lean chicken and salmon for years. I read Dr. Furman’s book and he scared me away from animal fat and protein. I kept my protein levels extremely low and my very lean. I was having a whole avocado daily but my eating was so deficient in meat and meat fat. When my health was terrible and I desperately tried carnivore over four years ago I was starving for fatty meat! My first meal was fatty chicken thighs and I ate a lot! I felt amazing! I ate around 3-4 pounds of fatty meat in the beginning and lost all inflammation and gained no weight. Now I eat 1-2 pounds of meat and fat.
Your body will thank you and love your new way of life!❤️👍
Keep it up! I have faith in you and you’ll feel so much better!
Do you mind me asking why you were on a starvation diet when vegan? What led to you not meeting your calorie needs? I am not vegan btw, just an inquisitive comments lurker haha!
Day 23 on carnivore. Feeling energetic and strong, I wake up refreshed and ready to seize the day 💪 I love eating eggs, salmon and fatty steaks! Enjoying a variety of meat has really helped me stay on course. Whoever is doing the carnivore diet, go ahead and pat yourself on the back!!
I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes last year started the carnivore diet without knowing it was the carnivore diet in 3 months my A1c went from 10.5 to 5.5. I eat all Meats not just beef but also chicken, pork, egss, fish, cheeses & pork rinds.
Awesome achievement.
Perfect!!!
Awesome. My wife is type 1 and has reduced her insulin use by HALF!! Keep it up !! Great news
@@matthewharvey9779 I wish my diabetic friends would try Carnivore!
Try also goat.

Great video! About 3 weeks into carnivore and found my appetite is reduced. Anyone else have this happen?
What are you eating generally?
Me! I am on day eight and reduced appetite
That's just ketosis. It's ok if you're fat but if you're slim you'll have to make sure you get enough calories.
@@ConnieWobbles that's what I was thinking. And Def a certified thicc Boi so thank you, I'm not as worried!
Yeah it freaked me out I didn't eat for days😅
Your gorgeous, healthy glowing appearance is the best advertisement for the Carnivore Diet!
Haha, I think this everytime I watch Bella, and really have to concentrate on what she is saying. She is so beautiful, full of life, glowing & positive! I want to be like her when I grow up 😅 (I'm old enough to be her mother).
Hard to imagine she ever had acne, her skin is perfect
Recently retired vascular access specialist, because of back injury and obesity. For decades I tried everything, and of course was steered away from red meat and fat. Imagine my surprise when I found yours and others channels, showed such great results! I’m addicted to carbs and 150+ lbs overweight. I’m going to try this in order to get my life back. I’d appreciate any help I can get. Excellent video and info. BTW, I love beef, bacon, butter and eggs, so I think I can do it.
I’ve been going for a month now ,I’ve lost 6 kg I’ve also found I’m naturally intermittent fasting ,eating till I’m full in a 3 hour window between 3 and 6 pm lots of fatty meat ,fatty soup meat ,boil a big pot with onions salt and hole pepper corns pull all the meat off and fry it up in fat with eggs ,strain the onions out and pull the fat off the top and I have a very nice bone broth soup I found this saviour on carnivore ,the first 2 weeks is hard but I spent 2 week s prior transitioning ,it’s getting easier now
I’m 60 yo and have no choice ,I’ve tried everything in the last 30 years to no avail I was 120 kg at Christmas ,108 now ,lots of health issues but I’m convinced by other peoples testimony s I’m on the right rd

@@bobwebber2804over the past five years I've studied this diet hard. These people are right. Plants ARE trying to kill you. The Proper Human Diet is just fatty meat. I started carnivore November of last year. Having the luxury of good health and youth I had the time to study this. Rest assured this is the diet EVERY human should be eating
Yes, we were all brainwashed into the high carb, low fat meats, and everyone has gotten everything wrong with them that can happen. I'm so excited that this is out there. I knew that food was there to heal and help. Not pills and shakes. Now we know how to eat and be well! Good luck to anyone trying this lifestyle journey ❣️
Check out all the Dr.s who eat carnivore. e.g. Dr. Chaffee, Dr. Ken Berry, etc. Lots of great support and info. Good luck!
Yes my appetite has reduced I am still more active than I wad before Carnivore 3 weeks in Rich waterford pa
Vegetarian for 25 years! I had success on Keto for the last 8 years but menopause and probably keto treats were making me gain. Now it’s been only 2 weeks on carnivore and I’ve already gone from an xl to a large. I have been eating, but I don’t feel hungry at all
40 years of 'healthy' low fat, high grain eating gave me increasing problems.
2 years WFPB and after early improvements, it all started going down hill.
Tried low carb and that became very low carb so now 4+ years keto/carnivore and I'm thriving! I eat fatty beef and lamb, all cuts and cooked in many different ways (as I love cooking and variety), eggs, butter, home made bone broth, and I only use salt, pepper and bay leaves for seasoning. Occasionally I eat fish, and fruits like avocado and olives. My addiction is coffee and cream. I never get bored, I love every meal.
I'm 54, lean, athletic looking although I do little exercise and never hungry. Friends think I'm mad yet I'm the only one on no medications with no age related medical issues.
Pro tip; I buy from my local butcher beef fat (it is extremely cheap), in a small stew pot I render the finely chopped fat into tallow, with a stainless steel strainer separate the collagen bits. Save these for snacks later with salt. The tallow is then my cooking oil and what I like to call a carnivore 'rocket fuel'.
This is a great way to up your fat without chewing on a stick of butter.
If your making that much tallow, you should checkout the channel (forget the name) where the lady gives a "recipe" for "mashed potatoes"....hint: it's room temp tallow!! 😅❤
@@corithefrugalflower I saw that video suggested & almost clicked it lol. I'll check it out. I don't even know what tallow is yet. But I have to say, I'm SO HUNGRY all the time 9 weeks into this. I'm starving!
@cinystarr4657 tallow is cooked or "rendered" beef fat. It's salty & delicious! 👌😋
Avoid keto flu by keeping your electrolytes (magnesium, potassium and sodium) topped up. Your body does not retain electrolytes on keto. Just a small glass of water first thing in the morning with a quarter teaspoon of low carb electrolyte powder works for me.
Try an, overnight glass of water mixed with a teaspoon of sea salt and black pepper. Sip on that through the day. Let me know if you notice the results xx@@cinystarr4657
I started the Carnivore lifestyle exactly a year ago today. I'm currently 53 years old and have been type 2 diabetic for a long time. I worked out 5 days a week thinking that would help me. Nope. I switched to Carnivore and in the last year I have removed a ton of visceral fat and subcutaneous fat and gained almost 30 pounds of lean muscle. I don't waste time doing cardio I just do weight training and I go very heavy at times. My A1C a year ago was 10.1. Currently my A1C is 4.4. I wish I would have learned about the Carnivore lifestyle years ago but everything happens for a reason.
YES!
Nice change for you!
My story mirrors yours Bella...I was vegan for 10 years and it nearly killed me. I have been carnivore since September 2022. Feeling much better and continue to recover.
If that stunningly healthy glow doesn't convince you, IDK what will. Bella is such a testament to the lifestyle. Great video!
I was vegan. I gained my health back for over 6 months. Then my eyesight got blurry, and i got brain fog. I switched back to eggs meat and milk. My vision improved, and my brain fog went away.
I Love You All. Meat, Butter, lift heavy things. You can not fail
🏋🏼♀🏋🏼♀ Yes!
Hi everyone Bella my dearest as you may remember it's been 3 months and 2 weeks since I started carnivore start weight was 358lbs I can amazingly say that I just weighed myself last night and I am now 228lbs WOW I was struggling with the #2 movement for 4 years eating meat changed the struggle but little did I know that the change in discomfort was just part of the process into improvement and there has been much in This area thanks so much for your support and all of your determination for health and wellness love you so much Chow ❤
WOW, this is the first time I've heard anyone really address these pitfalls and I have to say, no wonder I've been struggling so much with Carnivore!!! Thanks, you have may have saved my life, I was seriously thinking about quitting.
Slowly adapting to carnivore. I do not plan to go full carnivore, but I will just eat meat for meals most meals. I was brainwashed into having so many sides with a meal. Just removing them and filling my plate with meat has completely removed my depression, anxiety and lowered my A1C significantly. On top of all that when I take walks I get the urge to run which I havn't had the urge to do since I was 19 years old. Even just lowering plant consumption and increasing meat consumption has changed my life.
Perhaps keto could be for you. I am carnivore, but take a look at Dr Eric Westman. He runs keto for diabetics and is pretty supportive of carnivore as well. He has some excellent information about keto and and its a great alternative to carnivore if you don't want to go full on lion. Do what suits you mate.
There's Dr. Ken Berry, who has talked about sprinting to help the carnivore lifestyle. He, of course, is not the only one to bring that up. You've done an amazing change for yourself!
The stevia being snuck into things is what fueled my cravings.
They may even raise blood sugar even though they don't have sugar in them. That will cause an insulin release and stop weight loss... good reminder for me to test my blood sugar after having my new sugar free gum. I haven't been loosing weight, so maybe that's it. So glad we can test.
@@nleem3361 If you look on the package it may say erythritol. That is an achiral meso four carbon sugar synthesized from corn using enzymes and fermentation.
Some artificial sweeteners that are stevia also contains maltodextrin, which is absolutely horrible unfortunately.
@@nleem3361 false.. i never had my blood glucose move even one iota when consuming stevia, monk fruit and allulose. anyone with a blood glucose monitor will confirm.

Next week my goal is to make some bone broth. I’m looking forward to better skin, hair and nails without supplements.
@@gloriaanima3575 Same! I stupidly underwent a certain therapy that I didn't even need 5 years ago and it all but destroyed my nails and hair. Especially my nails. Not a girly girl by any stretch of the imagination, but as an ugly chick, my hair was the one feature I was proud of. I didn't lose it, but it definitely thinned. We just moved and until we get a whole house water filtration system put in, I'm stuck with the chemical-ridden hard af water they have here. It's making my hair dry and dull. And it's thinning even more because of it. As for my nails, I've tried everything from special oils and weekly (at home!) manicures to supplements...nothing works. I'm sick of them peeling and breaking. It's annoying and painful.
I've been a "Butter Gal" my whole life. My Mom used to have to scold me for getting into the butter nearly every day, until our family embraced the margarine/oleo propaganda and changed everything. At school I would get as much butter as I could and pack my bread down with it because I still craved butter, and I think salt too.
Same!!! It was always butter whenever I could get my hands on it and margarine at the house was my worst nightmare. If I had a penny every time people told me I'd die of a heart attack for the way I ate butter my whole life.. Smh. Well I'm 46 now and my vascular health remains stellar 🙏😍
Butter , the more the better.😋
Thank you so much. I will share with my husband. He is having some trouble sleeping. I just love when you end the cast with your beautiful pianist gift. Very fun seeing Steak and Butter Guy sharing his artistry as well. My favorite was the duet you played together. Es muy divertido ❤
Tried carnivore diet for a couple of months. However, I found myself still crave for sugar but in moderation. Now, as I binge watch your videos, I get inspired again to continue what I've started. Thanks Bella. 💖
Liezel from the Philippines
Have you tried Stevia or Monk Fruit as a substitute to make your own Sweets?
Try a parasite cleanse for your sugar cravings. God bless
Sugar addiction can be broken ,it takes longer than 2 weeks for most people ,
Potassium magnesium and Himalayan pink salt will help a lot in giving up carbohydrate cravings,
When you feel like eating carbohydrates. make scrambled eggs with animal fat and salt, your addiction asking for sugar provides you with real nutrition, that's how I managed to give up carbohydrates,
Hope this helps
Over 8 months 99.9% carnivore. At the start i thought you and other carnivore youtubers were full of crap but it was worth a shot. 300ish lvs doen to 200ish lbs. Now i think ill never go back.

Hi, Bella! Thank you for all the info & support you put out for us. It is so encouraging! I am now 6 months in on this journey. At 76 y/o, I am down by 72 lbs, & feel great! That includes 5 months of keto before discovering cv. Your sharing & encouragement is such a blessing.
How long did it take for weight to drop? 75 yes 4 months in still keto flues and no weight change though various inflammation areas have subsided
Just got started 3 weeks ago. Still curious where this is leading me to. Very interesting changes so far. Thanks Bella!

You’ve been a huge inspiration to me. I am finally getting my life back from the grips of ME/CFS. I even started my own channel to share my carnivore journey with the invisibly ill.
Oh, what's your channel? I had ME/CFS a few years ago, what a nightmare. I am still dealing with some fatigue and would love to follow your journey.
@@Wesenskern My channel is The M.E. Lion. Did you recover because of carnivore?
@@The_M.E._Lion thanks, I have subscribed! I recovered without changing my diet in any significant way. I used to suffer from major fatigue and was house-bound for more than a year, with crashes for days after even minor activities. I am now back to an active life which I appreciate in a different way now. I don't take it for granted anymore. I missed so much and now I am taking it all in again. Feels so amazing to be able to do what I want to do. Best of luck!! I believe there is a way out for all of us. Mine was via something similar to "biological decoding" which was crucial in my personal case.
"The Stevia Deception" - by Dr Bruce Fife an amazing book uncovering this fake so-called 'natural' sweetener! He wrote this book about 10yrs ago - but still no-one listens! Why don't you invite Bruce Fife to come and talk with you and us about Stevia? Thanks again for helping us all so much Bella!
Thanks for the recommendation! I will look into this!
Agree with this recommendation, he is brilliant . He also has a number of other great books, especially regarding the healthful benefits of consuming coconut oil. Real eye openers. Extremely healthy fats!
@@marksmith1362I found an article on coconut fat causing dementia. It has very low omega 6 but can cross the blood brain barrier. Butter bacon fat ghee tallow and lard are the most nutritious. I love Thai Curry and have used coconut milk which is free of Oxalates.

Just checked the ingredients of my supermarkets rotisserie chicken and BANG! Sugar, flour, onion all on a supposedly 'plain' roast chicken!

Thank you for the concert!
I lost 53lbs in one year. stopped the SAD diet and did keto. after 3 months of keto i started doing carnivore. I weighed 253lbs and dropped to 217 and stayed at 217 for about 6 months. it was then i started doing intermittent fasting and after about 2 months i dropped down to 205lbs. it was never about weight loss but about addressing health issues. but - for me - intermittent fasting was the key + keto to so much energy, focus, stamina and far better blood work results! I still have hypertension which is strange after losing 53lbs but I feel GREAT every day! I'm not tired all day long.
A great reminder and motivation. Thx Bella. 👏

I'm on my sixth month carnivore. I started off Lion diet...I've tried everything people have said from increasing fats, eating more (and gained 8 pounds, much to my dismay), I don't snack, have no cravings or desire. I am back to just OMAD and that's fine for me. I'm to the point now I'll just stick with one meal and hopefully at some point, my body will adjust and the 60 lbs I want to lose will start coming of. I go for long walks every day mixed with intermittent jogging as well. Dr. Kiltz said to up the protein, so been doing that too. I discouraged to say the least but I am not going to stop being carnivore.
You are not alone on that I need to lose 80 lbs and it's just not budging
Stick with it!! I’m two years into carnivore and I’m so very glad I found this way of eating. It took a while for me to notice any weight loss when I first started, but I could feel myself feeling better. From what I’m gathering, my body was healing itself before shedding excess weight. I stuck with it and it just worked best for me with my schedule to do OMAD, all of a sudden without making any changes, I just started losing weight. I lost 50 pounds and have kept it off! I also drink quite a lot of water, not sure if that helps, but I feel like it did 🤷🏻♀️
I make sure my one meal is a good filling meal so I’m not under eating. Good luck to you!!!
@@JodyYoung-wy5sw Wow, thanks for sharing that! How long was it before the weight started coming off? I have to drink a lot of water because I have/had CKD, which the last blood work I had done the NP said my kidney's were 'normal'...but I see the nephrologist later this month, so will see what she says...I was hoping it was because I was healing, that would be great but I want the 60 lbs off too. I do prefer OMAD myself and try not to eat that after 4 or 5 p.m.
One thing that helped me lose was drinking Apple cider vinegar and lemon and Redmond salt
I use it for electrolytes but it helps burn fat too
I tried LMNT but it’s too expensive. This works for me and it really helps the digestive system too.
I have been on carnivore for two years and it is amazing. But everybody’s different you have to figure out what works for you.

It's been a year and I am still learning. Once again such helpful information.
4 weeks in and 11 pounds down and energy is soaring 😊
Thank you Bella!
You did a marvelous job of explaining some issues about the carnivore diet. I have been on this lifestyle for two months and feeling much less pain in my joints. I can't imagine ever going back to the standard American diet
15 days now, just beef, salt and water. On the first day I ate eggs and it made me feel bad, so no more eggs. I'm 51 and I have SIBO, leaky gut, and fatty liver disease and an extra 80 plus pounds. I'm noticing less pain in my joints, almost no cravings, I've lost 15 lbs. I eat about 2 lbs of beef a day and I feel stuffed. We buy our steers from a local farmer and have been doing this for over a year. The local farmer feeds his steer alfalfa and non GMO corn... The beef is great, tastes wonderful. I'm sticking with this until I'm thin and healthy.
I used to have reactions to eggs as well until I began taking cod liver oil which raised my omega3s & allowed my body to handle eggs with no issues
Great vid, Bella...love the end where you and SNBguy play piano.
Been on Keto for 4 years and trying out carnivore. Salt will help when having sugar cravings. I love the LMNT drinks.
Good information… love The VCA pendant 😉
I used to be a very strict (nothing with a face) vegan. So strict in fact that I was literally eating mostly lettuce. I was sick with a cold for a couple of months - doctor took one look at me and asked if I was a drug addict. We spoke, told him about my diet and he ran my bloods and had me wait for the results in the waiting room. Preliminary results came back and suffice to say, the conversation was start eating meat or you're going to die. I was severely vitamin deficient and my body started showing it. I reintroduced chicken, fish and eggs and cheese and started to get better. I used to think that vegan was best and it really isn't.
Love it! Wow to the finale!
Glad you enjoyed it!
The problem with production beef that you see in the grocery store is corn and silage fed. You can see the difference in the color of the fat. Grass fed beef has fat that is yellow or tan in color. Beef fed from a feed lot has fat that is as white as cotton sheets. Huge nutritional differences and lack of taste are the differences I see. It's been reported that production beef is high in omega 6 fatty acid where in comparison grass fed beef is high in omega 3 and lower in omega 6.
This all may be true, but I am 77 years old and on a tight budget. I buy what I can afford .
@@carolblair2845 Me too. Thank goodness for discount tables❤️

@@Finn959 Yeah, they're real. Initially for about 6 months when I went carnivore, I began to experience excessive sweating even while sleeping & it stank! I had to shower twice daily. Now I hardly sweat & even if I do, it never stinks. I don't need deo or talc. I've stopped using serums, lotions & I just use sunscreen. Don't even need collagen peptides. Half of my stretch marks are gone. I hope to glow like Bella one day soon!
@@Nocturnal_Lorena oh glad i dont get those. I'm in my 5th week and so far carnivore is pretty disappointing. Who's your profile pic?
Not sweating is not a good thing thats how your sypposed to detox how much salt you eating you need lots of it@Nocturnal_Lorena
@momof2al, Sweat does not “detoxify” anything.
As a musician (and fellow Carnivore), I love how you incorporate your music into your videos. You are absolutely brilliant!

Needed this video, Ms. Bell ❤
Her BEST video yet!!!
Raw beef. Brussel sprouts. Butter. Salt. Pepper.
All on a $180.00 per month food budget. Cancer nearly gone.
Fantastic ❤!!
Aren’t the Brussels sprouts anti- carnivore? Wish they were not. I hated giving them up.
yes and they're full of toxins and carcinogens @@dancindavey1515
Brussel sprouts have 137 carcinogens though. There's a reason they're so bitter...
Stop eating the vegetables.
I'd love to see a duet with you and your steak and butter guy on the piano.🥰😊
You are a clear and Excellent Speaker
I did full strict plant based for 2 years. I had some of the worst body odor, rash popping up in unmentioned areas. I finally went back to the American Diet of eat what I love sugars etc. now fully carnivore since the day before Jan 7 2024 and I feel better than when I did at the best shape of my life better than during my 20s while in Marines. I have so much energy, clarity, and healing is amazing, recently got a cold from my kid and it was gone in 12 hours. I will never go back.
Oh wow, I didn't know Steak and Butter Guy was a pianist, too! Did you two meet in college?
Also, I'm so grateful to have found your channel and to be part of the Steak and Butter Gang. It has been so incredibly helpful. 🙏
Yes, we met in college! Thank you so much!
"No you dont have to take a bite out of a stick of butter like i do...." girl ive been waiting my whole life for this
😊😊😊😊😊
Nice work on the ivories at the end there! I enjoyed that.
Great video Bella!!! As always u play perfectly lovely!!!💞💞🙃💞💞 Beef and Butter Guy plays awesome too!!!
My experience is that women around are having trouble with single tast food. For myself I ate beef, salt and water for close to a year and still not tired of it. I did lose 90 lbs. we have to get out of the way of thinking that eating is a party but it’s just a way to survive.
How much salt ?
@@Littlerobin-cl1nm as much as it tastes good.
Sideline, 5% less salt in your body and you get sick. 10% less salt in your body and you’re dead.
Enjoying my OMAD = 6 eggs, 1/2 a pack of bacon (Sometimes I get the 12 oz. package, sometimes the 16 oz.) and 1 slice of sharp cheddar!
I use Alllulose as a sweetner.
Snacks? Flavored Spicy meatballs! Hamburger or chicken. Make 2 of each "flavor".
Enjoy.
dave..did u loose any weight on OMAD??
That probably isn't enough protein. You're getting maybe 120 grams of protein. Do you weigh 150 pounds? Because that's the amount of protein for someone young who only weighs 150 pounds. If you're older, you need at least 1 to 1.2 grams of protein per pound of body weight for optimum health. Try substituting the bacon with 8 ounces of solid red meat 3 or 4 times a week. Many carnivores eat a full pound of meat and up to a dozen eggs for OMAD, so don't be stingy with yourself. Since you snack, you may want to do two meals a day; it's easier for a lot of us to get adequate protein with two meals. I personally couldn't eat it all in one meal.
I really enjoyed your great information and look forward hearing more. I am a 76 yr old overweight with thyroid, high blood pressure with neuropathy in both legs, i have just started the carnivore diet and am looking forward to improving my health. It’s a little difficult as I am a US citizen in the Philippines.
Thanks so much S&B girl! So excited for this journey. Almost one week in with carnivore and have already lost 8 pounds and feel pretty great. I have hypothyroidism and rumor toward arthritis for past 24 years and I am on Synthroid and a T3 so I’m trying to reverse that. Perimenopause has been kicking my butt the last few years with weight gain and my levels have been out of control, so I’m looking forward to this great journey. Thank you for all of your information. You are so sweet and so pretty. I ordered the LMNT electrolytes as well! I never comment on UA-cam, but just felt so compelled to leave you a message ❤
Videos are very informative. I struggle with eating enough. Started carnivore diet in January 2024. Have not cheated . Steak eggs and butter is all I eat .I can barely eat 3 eggs cooked in butter,& a small steak I'm 5'7" weigh 129lbs. I don't want to loose any more weight. I can only eat one meal a day because I'm so full. Any suggestions? My pain from fibromyalgia is gone! But my Hashimoto's TSH is 10.3 too low. Does the carnivore diet interfere with my thyroid? I hope you see this comment and you can help. Thank you for your videos
Maybe add cheese, and other meats. Fish, shellfish, pork, chicken.
I also use vegetables VERY sparingly for flavor in meat dishes. I also eat lots of ground beef and bacon
Also add lo salt (sodium/potassium) to water once a day
I make my own yoghurt from raw milk
Seeing you at the piano at the end of the video was the bomb that made me a subscriber!
Day 9 of carnivore and feel 10 years younger
Bravo! Love the playing
End of videos... Y'all need something wholesome so catch this piano ❤ lol
I have a cousin that was vegan for years and finally came back around like you and realized it's necessary for life , plus it tastes delicious, i don't do straight carnivore (I'll still eat baked potatoes and salads and fruits) but might try only meats sometime , it gets expensive though!! especially with sleepy Joe at the wheel fu**ing us all over
My diet consists of steak , eggs, sausages , chicken , bacon , lamb , fish , sardines, seafoods , pink Himalayan sea salt , black coffee with the occasional tsp of honey , no other sweetness BUT I now and then slip in some junk food like ice cream or chocolate , my bad what can I say I’m a sucker for sweets , still life goes on.
I've been frustrated. So I started tracking, for science, and man, I have some work to do. Thanks for your videos.
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
That may be true but take your proselytizing somewhere else, please.
@@halburke9115 is there any reason he/she should do as you suggested? You were nice about it, but they are under no obligation to listen to you.
Live and let live. Be kind.
@@fredmalito9869 Fred, I personally believe in John 3:16. But not on this channel, nor this topic. I just do not like someone trying to spread their own Gospel at a time and place such as this. Let him/her go to a religious channel and spread his gospel there, In MHO, which I believe I am entitled to, as are you.
@@halburke9115 I understand.
That having been sent, just because you don’t like something, that doesn’t give you the right to boss somebody around and tell them what to do. That’s not your place, unless you are the owner of the channel. So be nice, and mind your own business.
@@fredmalito9869 Fred, I don’t have the right, I sure as hell do have the right to reply. Mind my own business? Me? You mind your own business in bothering me.
Good morning Bella!
Good morning! Hope you have a great day!
Great video, great information, thank you 🙏🥩
Had gastric bypass about 8 yrs ago. I eat more than in the beginning but still cannot eat the amounts i see other carnivores eating, its impossible. Ive been on a ketovore then carnivore journey nearly a year with a few short flub ups. Have only lost 30lbs total. I'm so depressed by this. Just turned 67, have heart issue, arthritis everywhere and fibromyalgia. I truly want and need to get to a healthier weight and would like pain relief. I love when you play the piano, thankyou for that
