As a North Indian my mother always gives me Roti for breakfast 😂😂 and now I am 26 still i take rotis as a breakfast. It's a dream for me to take oats or cereals as a breakfast 😅😅

The flavoured Muesli contains sugar. The 0 sugar ones are a gimmick as they contain malt. Multi grain flakes are better as they dont have sugar or malt. Nuts can be easily added to the muesli. No need to go with mixed and artifical flavours.
