    As a North Indian my mother always gives me Roti for breakfast 😂😂 and now I am 26 still i take rotis as a breakfast. It's a dream for me to take oats or cereals as a breakfast 😅😅

    The flavoured Muesli contains sugar. The 0 sugar ones are a gimmick as they contain malt. Multi grain flakes are better as they dont have sugar or malt. Nuts can be easily added to the muesli. No need to go with mixed and artifical flavours.

    I would suggest to eat rolled oats for weight loss... As for muesli most muesli available in the market contains candied fruits 🤷🏻‍♀️.. Better mix your oats with some fresh fruits🤭

    Most muesli even the ones which say zero sugar give dry fruits which are candy coated basically another name for sugar . Plain oats is the best option.

    hum ye sab khate hai par bhool jate hai sattu ke baareme. highly nutritious indian breakfast easy to digest keeps us full . mai 12th standard tak subah sattu kake gaya hu. jaggery banana and sattu daal ke sattu khane me bohot tasty hota hai

      Sahi kahan aapne,as at the end of the day it's about hitting Total Cals,macros and micros.Unfortunately abhi ke time par kyunke almost all the "fitness influencers"are sponsored athelete they will promote oats+whey,protein oats,museli and show as if that's the ONLY good option for breakfast, as an audience I think we need to become smarter and not believe in whatever we see,as agar itna hee important hoota yeh western foods toh phir toh kabhie Rinku Singh,Yashasvi Jaiswal kabhie is level par perform nahee kar paata. Examples hazaroo hai but mujhe lagah ke majority in do naam ko jaante hai and unka struggling days before Making it Into the IPL and can bet they trained much much more than 80percent of the audience here who spends max 6hrs at the gym/week and leads a moderately active life

      It’s been almost 1.5 years I’ve been working in night shift and for the first 3 months i took Akshay sir’s Genesis program and even till today as i type this I’ve been pretty much following the same diet plan with very little dietary changes and I am doing great wrt to gym and diet.

    Just buy whole dry fruits, grind them a little at home, then make anything with them. I make a shake with dry fruits, milk, whey powder, sometimes add a banana 🍌

    I am eating overnight oats from almost last 2 years now, but I donot cook it. I just add it to milk along with whey, peanut butter, apple and almonds overnight in the refrigerator. So should I continue eating it like this or should I cook it before preparing?

      Add oats on warm milk in night..soak the oats(along with some dates, broken almonds, raisins) in this warm milk for overnight (no need to refrigerate)..
      Eat this in morning with Peanuts/Peanut butter..this is a whole food with a great digestibility..
      (Adding whey is discretionary acc. to ur budget and goals)
