I had opportunity to burn the calories. But as I am 78 years old and leading a retired life, I have reduced carbohydrates in my diet. Though I am not diabetic but still I stopped taking sugar and diary products. I take almond milk, banana, rolled oats, muesli etc in my breakfast. I keep gaps in between my meals. Previously I myself along with my wife was going out for morning walk for minimum twenty minutes. Now we use treadmill at our residence. I also engage myself in gardening and try to become happy always. We both maintain our lunch and dinner time at the same time everyday. By 8:00 pm we complete our dinner and never go to bed just after dinner. We stop watching tv, iPad etc one hour before going to bed and sleep well for minimum eight hours at night. Hope you are also maintaining your good health. Please never think too much if your body mass increases little bit. Choose healthy food with fibre and micronutrients. Try to say NO to fine carbohydrates. Try to avoid sugar totally and reduce rice and take lots of protein. Restrict red meat and go for fish eggs and vegetables. Include fruits after lunch so that you can reduce the acid radicals. Yoga and free hand exercises will also be beneficial for your body mass. Have a blessed day ahead.
Dahi, local sabzi, piyaz, chai (picking one from each group) are quite cheap. If u find the above expensive, then u will have to stop eating altogether

Phir kuch or le aaoge . Believe me I don't like fast food since my childhood and I don't eat them, I love dahi bachpan se khata hu raw dhai apne lunch pe, rat ko raw veggies khata hu ya kuch nahi khata, morning me fruits dry fruits oats, daliya khichdi ye sab khata hu or sirf Ghar ka khana khata hu, lunch me full plate salad khata hu, juice nahi seedha raw fruits khata hu, drink nai karta, chai kabhi nahi pi, green tea pita hu or bhi bahot kuch jo apne bataya bhi nahi sab acha acha khata hu. Phir bhi mujhe gas or bloating hoti hai. To ye sab kuch nahi hota jiska hota hai usko hota hai simple.

Appreciate the hard work of people who try to help others but always be very careful because its the process of taking such herbs or stuffs that can make or destroy the efficacy of these herbal supports. I don’t understand how this is a business directed effort when she did not try to promote a single brand or sponsor. And even if she did that’s an income source for the channel so there’s nothing wrong in it. We don’t always have to be this bitter. Do intermittent fasting. 16 hours fasting window, 8 hours eating window. Finish dinner by 7 pm. Stop/minimize processed foods like bread, Maggi, biscuits, ketchup. Also minimize fried food from outside -samosa, vada pau, batata wada etc.
