I tried this yesterday to see if it works. Not only did it work well, I felt no discomfort or tiredness before or after today's ride whatsoever. My usual muscle tightness just wasn't there. Thank you so much for such great advice! 👍

Thank you for the wonderful video! I am going to compare results between the knobble and a theragun. I most likely will use them in combination for different purposes but I expect the knobble point massages to greatly benefit.

Thanks for your help, 'Californian cyclist'. Your video is easy to understand, you explain with simplicity, clarity and competence as well, as a professional masseur. And your tips work, although painful 👍👍👍

Nice video doc when you hit one of those tender spots or triggerpoints I believe is what they’re called you’ll know it sometimes it will feel like a piece of rope under your skin just keep pressure on it to feel released thanks for the info and nice shirt you’re wearing there .

You seemed to indicate that the IT band is just a few inches long. It goes all the way to the hip. For instance, doing S.O.T. We usually work the band from the knee all the way to the hip. Hence iliotibial band.

I was showing you trigger points near the knee that are commonly seen in my practice. For a more complete reference, there are two great books : authors Travell and Simons called Myofascial Pain Trigger Point Manual. Thanks for watching and subscribing

Doc - any recommendations on hip pain after cycling ?. I have graduated from IT band pain to Hip pain. I have been looking at this thing called PSO-RITE. Was curious if you have tried it .

Typical answer would be that the saddle is slightly too high. Could you drop it 3 mm and see what happens. I’ve used the resources of Steve Hogg online that has made a big improvement for me personally

Hi, thanks for this; what are the properties of Shiling Oil? Can't seem to find it anywhere (I'm in the UK), your affiliate link says it's unavailable on the Amazon US site. What would you recommend as the next best option?
