    Yessss! Tried this on a very, very, very (3 verys) sore calf muscle around 2 this morning. Didn’t rush, used the knuckles and two hands like you showed, finally got to sleep. This morning woke up and IT’S A MIRACLE! No pain. Swollen feet gone. Soft muscle. Folks, THIS WORKS. NO water pills. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Spencer. 🙏🙏🙏 🤩

      I can't believe this comment. Its 2 here right now and i am in exact situation as yours. I just got done with my self massage and about to sleep, but i can already feel tension releasing from my calf.

      You went both down and up with some pressure. Isn’t there a danger of injuring the vein valves doing that. Shouldn’t all the strokes especially with deep pressure only be done from the ankle to the knee and not down?

    I had some nocturnal cramps a few days ago. First time it was my right leg, 2 nights later it was my left. Ever since then my calfs have been super tight and I couldn't comfortabley sit straight or even lay down without feeling them twitch, constantly stressed. The muscles felt super hard like they were constantly flexed. Half way through the massage, my right leg felt great and I noticed that the calf didn't feel hard or twitchy anymore. Thank you for the tutorial, I can finally sleep comfortably

      i used to get that too sometimes. i found that it was magnesium deficiency and getting enough magnesium in the diet fixed this.

    I’m so glad I found this! I’m in the military and PT is a big part of my day. Now I have an instant way to help my calves so I’m not in pain

    This is amazing! I thought my legs would never feel light again, but after this easy and quick massage they do. Now it's a great part of my evening routine :) it also seems like my spider veins are getting fainter. Anybody else had this experience?

      Me too i could barely walk but it still feel difficult due to tightness i miss walking normally 😭😭, i feel stranded with tight calf.

    I had this uncomfortable tightness in my calf for the last few days after I had been doing a certain stretch routine. I decided to try this video and I CAN'T BELIEVE IT WORKED!! The tightness is completely gone! Keep up the good work my friend. Blessed.

    I had a bad calf muscle pain after I climbed a hill on Tuesday and ran 5 k Wednesday morning. Pain was unbearable, hot/cold pad treatment didn't help. Desperately came on UA-cam looking for help as I had a 10 k virtual marathon event on Sunday. I was thinking of dropping off the race. After I did one session with this video I felt 50% better. Did two more sessions on Saturday and I was cured 90% and I took part and finished my 10 K in 00:59:20 😊

    This video saved me, I've had 5 hours of field hockey each day this week, two of those daily hours on running conditioning, between long distance running sprints and excersizes my calf are so tight that I could barely squat. I tried an ice bath earlier but it didn't help much, this felt so good and my calves feel amazing. Thank you HM Massage

    I just did this per your instructions. It helped significantly. I discovered the source of my discomfort too. On the inner side of my right calf about about middle way was a knot the size of an unshelled peanut. 😧

    What i do is lay down on my back, put one knee up, and put my calf on top of my knee and role it out. it feels so good 😌

    Wow thank you! I do straight cardio for about a hr to an hr and a half a day. That third one you did is going to kill me haha. My inner calf has been in so much pain for a few days. Appreciate it ☺️🙌

      Nina Hall I recommend don't do cardio because it actually doesn't help fat burning or losing calories it also effects your blood sugar too watch out for that

    We all know this feeling, sore muscles, pain, but you still want to hit the gym, still fancy to exercise. Proper stretching helps to release tension in your muscles. You can also use a great Gun Massager for: myofascial release, lactic acid decomposition, deep massage. Hightly recommended. Stay healthy and flexible ;)

    This looks very effective will it work for chronic nerve pain in ankle, foot and calf.
