I try to erase the gap, but with my features, it just ain't gonna happen. I DO do the Y/T/W, stretches for women over 40 & 50 and ppl over 70 and boy do those help my stiffness A LOT 🥰 But this one -ain't hap'nin' 🙃

    These exercises I have to do everyday. It’s exactly what I have. At first my doctor said osteoporosis, then my Physiotherapist said it my tendon and sciatic nerve which yes I do have both and back pinch nerve as shown in your video. Also my left knees left calve hurts. Thank you so much I will practice every day. You have save me!

      You need to clear exercise with your doctor or physiotherapist. Don't get injured worse from youtube. There's some great stuff on here, but I always ask my therapist whether it's safe and helpful for me.

    Not instantly fixed … I can’t get pelvis to even tilt unless I move feet out a bit. And my low back won’t touch the wall no matter what I do. It’s a real struggle.

      Yeah, there're usually embedded compensations the body's set into place that will limit movement of the pelvis. A lot of it boils down to important postural muscles being weak and shortened over a long period of time most likely from sitting. A key muscle to look at is the psoas and the leg muscles (usually lengthened & weak hamstrings and tight quads). And don't forget mobility i.e doing or trying to do the movement you want to achieve so do the posterior pelvis tilt or try to often. Gd luck

    • @user-ov4wr5yu4r
      @user-ov4wr5yu4r 4 місяці тому

      Yeah, this is unrealistic for many people. She doesn't really have this problem. But it's not supposed to have zero arch at all times. A normal spine has some curve. This is an exercise to get the feeling. Have you heard of the bucket of water cocept? Imagine your pelvis is a bucket and you don't want to spill any out the front or back.

    This is a bunch of crap. When you get to that point the only thing that can fix it it's lots of deep tissue treatments, it's hella painful but it's worth it. The only thing that you're causing with this "exercise" is pain for the patient since de body is used to be in that way (in lot of cases even for years)
