So many things you show are just what I need. They may not be doable (correctly) yet but they look attainable.

Thanks!
Love your PT client/mom! Thx for all good advice!
Excellent but please do tell us for the opposite problem when the pelves is tilt the other way as in no arch at all in the back with, sorry,a "flat" posterior...
Thanks for sharing 🙏
I am trying… thank you 🎉
Boy, I need this!
I'm a Security Officer, with a big round bum and I walk all day...there's always gonna be a gap and my hand is gonna get through. I try to erase the gap, but with my features, it just ain't gonna happen. I DO do the Y/T/W, stretches for women over 40 & 50 and ppl over 70 and boy do those help my stiffness A LOT 🥰 But this one -ain't hap'nin' 🙃
but it's a nice tutorial about how to appear to have a flatter booty lmao
@@victorkeith170 😁
❤ thank you I was wondering how to keep the posture I was walking.❤
Walk with your thumbs pointing out, this guides the shoulders.
So at least u got that part going the right way. Lol
These exercises I have to do everyday. It’s exactly what I have. At first my doctor said osteoporosis, then my Physiotherapist said it my tendon and sciatic nerve which yes I do have both and back pinch nerve as shown in your video. Also my left knees left calve hurts. Thank you so much I will practice every day. You have save me!
Very nice Information Thankyou
Definitely feels better after doing this!
Yes my lower back has work injuries my toes tingles try
You need to clear exercise with your doctor or physiotherapist. Don't get injured worse from youtube. There's some great stuff on here, but I always ask my therapist whether it's safe and helpful for me.
Not instantly fixed … I can’t get pelvis to even tilt unless I move feet out a bit. And my low back won’t touch the wall no matter what I do. It’s a real struggle.
Same problem, have to put my feet at least 6" from the wall to do it 😩
@@Critter_Clips I can’t get back flat no matter how far I walk feet out.
Yeah, there're usually embedded compensations the body's set into place that will limit movement of the pelvis. A lot of it boils down to important postural muscles being weak and shortened over a long period of time most likely from sitting. A key muscle to look at is the psoas and the leg muscles (usually lengthened & weak hamstrings and tight quads). And don't forget mobility i.e doing or trying to do the movement you want to achieve so do the posterior pelvis tilt or try to often. Gd luck
Yeah, this is unrealistic for many people. She doesn't really have this problem. But it's not supposed to have zero arch at all times. A normal spine has some curve. This is an exercise to get the feeling. Have you heard of the bucket of water cocept? Imagine your pelvis is a bucket and you don't want to spill any out the front or back.
it takes a while for your body to change to it
I love you Coach Tyler. Thanks. Will try to get all my parts against the wall.
Keep up the good work ! Thank you
Thank you!
Wow! Thanks ❤
step forward about a foot length. Don't put your heels against the wall. You will have a better balance.
Thank you so much I appreciate the videos
Thank you. I love the information. Do you have any lower abs exercise without any strain?

❤your soo brilliant ...Good clear info ,plus a great smile 😊
This is so much easier to do on the floor. Most people need more than a posture check to fix this tilt
Many Many thanks to you for this
thanks
Simpatico!!!
Did it against the door...very hard to push lower back and walk away with it....but will keep trying:)
Opposite problem. Posterior pelvic tilt.

My chiro told me I had too little pelvic tilt. Might have have been from dance clesses. And yes, my back often hurts.
Can this help disk shift 😊
I have a herniated disc & its been 2 months healing but i have that arch now still slight pain & the tingling / sciatica from time 2 time is safe 2 do with a healing disc ? Also thaat i have grade 1 spondy l4l5
I can't put my legs against the wall too though. Joe can I remedy this?
Thank you. 😂
How does it have to do with numbness and tingles in feet
I can’t keep my heals against the wall, I’ll keep trying though.
I feel like I am leaning forward ... can't keep my shoulders against the wall or my back if my healls are against the wall
After 4 level back fusion that probably I not able to do that. Any other ideas. Most if all your other exercises I want to try!
I thought that was called a bubble butt😊
How many sets and reps.
😊❤
Would keeping your knees if the balls of your feet help keep this posture without thinking about it? So, the slightest of knee bent and not lockout?
No this doesn't fix a thing but it does help you learn a different way to hold your body. You need to retrain your muscles through exercise and stretching
My chiropractor told me my pelvic was tilted ugh I need to fix it cause I’m a Zumba dancer and my hips sacroiliac joints hurt
❤
You're saying we're not supposed to have our butt stick out. Like it supposed to be a pancake. I'm lost
This is me😢
😮
Spanish plis
Ummm...mom's got a little of kdonk donk😂😂😂. That's from God🎉❤🎉❤🎉
You know her case is not serious. It's not that easy for some people. They don't have the range of motion.
❤👍🌞👍🤩
You cannot move at all while holding this position
Hey, look up the rare (11% of female population have it) called lipedema and you’ll discover some of us cannot “correct” our posture
Anterior Pelvic tilt... Sorry, for me it is congenital issue. Non developed vertebra
🧕🏻🤔
😳👍
Lie flat on the floor for 20 mins
This is a bunch of crap. When you get to that point the only thing that can fix it it's lots of deep tissue treatments, it's hella painful but it's worth it. The only thing that you're causing with this "exercise" is pain for the patient since de body is used to be in that way (in lot of cases even for years)
She need to mew
Thank you
