    This is absolutely true!!!
    I had a sciatica and lower back for a long time!
    My physiotherapist told me the same thing! Curving you back backward is wrong which cause a lot pain! Push your pelvis forward like he said and tighten your lower abdominal muscles! Push your shoulders back, push your pelvis forward and tighten your lower abdominal area (internal and external oblique)-more tightening on external oblique!!!

    As a truck driver I've had that lower back pain for a long time. I just tried one of those stretches and holy cow. I'm pretty sure this is going to fix it

    Thank you. I've been going to back doctors, chiropractors and physiotherapists and none has suggested this simple exercise for my pelvic tilt and resulting lower back pain.

    HFS! You don’t understand how much this has helped me. I always try to stretch my glutes or do that bend forward stretch to relieve the pain. I never knew that this was the actual cause. Thank you. 🙏

    "Peenched" I love it!
    A PT once told me that my ancestry and skeleton by nature was my problem without giving me any suggestion on how to work on it.
    I've done this stretch for just a few days (adding at the end bringing hips toward the heel of front leg that he added in a different video). I already have gotten lower back pain relief🎉

    I'm not saying that this stretch doesn't work, but my lower back pain was caused by tight hamstrings. Once I got them loose my lower back pain went away
