Yoga for Men | Episode 7

- 30 minute yoga for men class. A lot of us have to stay at home during this intense stage the world is in and it is important that you put in the work, move, meditate and breathe to keep the universal vibration high. Great that this platform exists as it provides so much content to do all of that. We've been around for a bit and have already over 100 yoga classes and meditation classes in this channel. If you like our style and practice with us please show some love.
In this vinyasa flow yoga class you will work on core, upper body strength and IT band openers. All you need is a mat and if you have two blocks and then you're good to go to follow-along. You will be connecting breath to movement as you flow through this sequence and hopefully connect to that state within which is pure peace, stillness and focus.

I have been following your Yoga for Men classes, though I am a woman! I started them with my fiancé, and continue them in my own practices too. I enjoy the challenge these classes bring forth with upper body strength, and especially the focus on shoulder stretching/opening. I feel I have lacked that sort of workout in my personal practices and in others classes. I love all of the videos you have! Including the mediation and breath work. Thank you so much for both yours and Bre's time in putting together these classes and playlists for us!
I've been doing UA-cam yoga for 3 years and it became repetitive and not challenging. Started with day 1 of this challenge and you kicked my ass! 1 week and I already feel such a difference and I'm loving my practice again. Thank you!

Thank you for this videos. This is my third pass on your series for men. Although I occasionally play some out of sequence to complement other workouts. I want to let you know I’m eternally grateful to you for sharing the closed mout breathing technique. It’s made a world of difference in my running, cycling, and weight lifting. Surprisingly I hadn’t heard of it before. No matter, I have now and I use it, even during sleep.

Had to stay home due to illness, began this practice 7 days ago. Incredible how difficult it is vs workouts I’ve done in the gym. Much love for this practice and I look forward to continuing this style workout and wellness routine into the future. 🤙🏽
