Grant Mccagg already said that Sennecke could be a top 10 pick and possibly being a fit for Montreal. However, if Lindstrom is available, Montreal will likely take him. I may be wrong here but it seems that Sennecke moves similar to Dach on the ice...It would be great for the rebuild to get both Lindstrom and Sennecke at the draft...Their top six would be all set; but getting both Celebrini and Sennecke would be even greater !!!
Yeah I saw that on Reddit today. Didn't know he was super high on him too. I thought I was the craziest one out there with Pronman who has him at 12.
I think the nastiness Lindstrom plays with sometimes is something the Habs are looking for in their top 6. I have no doubt they'd take Lindstrom over Sennecke. But what a great comp with Dach. So many of the same skills and same issues in their draft year. And like you said the way they move on the ice... Love it !

Only certainty about this year's draft is Celebrini going #1. I can see the Habs loving this player.
With his strong playoff performance, his stock should really increase. With the lack of if high-end forwards with size, he could go top 10.

I feel like we've seen guys have an extremely good playoff before, get picked high, then fall off. We worried about that will him?
There's always a risk when the playoffs numbers are significantly better than the season's numbers.
But everything has to be put into context. The production he has right now seems like a natural progression to a certain extent. When I watched him, he always looked like he deserved more points than what he got except for 1 game where he had like 4 points or something. The stats didn't fit the eye test. He looked like a significantly better player than the production he got out of this season. So I'm not too worried about him since for once, the stats support the eye test .
Étienne j'ai l'impression que t'es un peu haut dessus. Il a des excellents tools physique et IQ sur 200 pieds mais ce n'est pas le genre de joueur qui va contrôler le flow. Son agilité latérale et sa manipulation est assez limitée. Un peu la même opinion sur Iginla aussi!
Définitivement pas un joueur qui cache ces intentions ou qui essaye de vendre une passe avant de lancer ou vice versa. Il n'essaye même pas de faire bouger les bâtons des défenseurs avant de faire une passe...
Mais pour moi, la manipulation, c'est juste une des nombreuses façons d'arriver au même résultat. C'est aussi un talent qui ce travaille bien si le joueur a déjà une bonne dextérité et un bon jeu de pied.
Je ne crois pas que ça deviendra une force pour lui mais il est plus du style réactionnaire que du style manipulateur. Les 2 peuvent très bien fonctionner à mon avis.
J'ai pas remarqué quoi que ce soit du côté agilité latérale de mon côté. Mais en même temps, tout ces petits défauts comme ça et son équilibre très moyenne je les blâmes sur le manque de force et de muscle dû à son explosion de croissance 😆
Mais en bout de ligne, ça ne serait pas là première fois que je serais plus haut que la moyenne sur un joueur. À tort ou à raison. Même chose pour Connelly ou Cristall l'an passée.
Généralement, quand j'aime un joueur, je lui donne la place que je pense qu'il mérite et le futur me dira si j'ai besoin de m'ajuster.
