Have YOU been struggling with the fear of failure? Let me know in the comments if you have any kind of fear-related issues I didn't speak about in this video. I'd love to help!
Thank you for your kind words. I love baking and would like to open a home based bakery. But fear of everything related to it stops me from going forward.
I’m sorry to hear you’ve been struggling with fear. Honestly, this is totally normal. Fear isn’t a sign that you shouldn’t do something. It’s just a sign that you’re HUMAN. There’s nothing wrong with you and you’ll always feel at least a BIT scared. I’ve learned that it’s our responsibility to SHARE the baking gift God has given us - and the more you do it, the more confident you’ll become. If I waited to feel confident before I started my Home Bakery, I would’ve STILL been waiting today! Confidence mostly comes from repetition. The more you do something, the more confident you’ll become doing it 😊 Just like driving! You can do it! Also, watch my video to help you get started >>> ua-cam.com/video/COqlYhPCNqY/v-deo.html All the best!
I have been working at a bakery for a while now, and I adore the work, but the bosses are very toxic. I would absolutely love to start this kind of home business but I am like…petrified. I am a young adult and I am quite nervous about my family’s reactions…but I am going to do it. Your channel is fantastic, thank you!
Thank you for being honest about your struggle with having confidence. I used to struggle with confidence as well for MANY years, so I really understand what you're going through. 🤗 I've learned so much in the process and I put together a document called "How to Become a More Confident Baker” that’s perfect for you! You can find it in my free resource library >> philosophyofyum.com/free-resource-library-for-home-bakers-and-home-baking-businesses/
@@aureliaphilosophyofyum Thank you so much for the kind words and the resources! I have been working hard on the project, and I have been offered an opportunity to sell my stuff (I make candy/caramel/fudge) as concessions at a local improv theater!! I am so excited to get this off the ground and I really appreciate your content and resources. Sending love from New Mexico!♥️
Thanks for your honesty Suzie. This really is a good fear to have! It's important to make enough money to survive. As I said in the video, uncertainty fuels fear. It helps so much when you know exactly how to build up your baking business gradually into something you eventually do full-time. A home bakery is NOT an all-or-nothing business! You can start gradually and build it up sustainably so that your finances aren't under pressure and you always earn enough to survive :) It's a very safe and gradual process. I talk about this process in more detail in my free Home Bakery Masterclass. You can register for it here >> homebakerypro.com/free
