For this workout you'll need gym access, or at minimum some cables, dumbbells and a barbell.
Each exercise is done as a superset which means you'll two exercises back to back with little to no rest. After completing both exercises, then you will rest.
Below is the workout as shown in the video:
3 Sets of Each Superset for 10-15 Reps Each Exercise:
-EZ Bar Curl / EZ Bar Skullcrusher
-Seated Hammers / Cross Body Extensions
-Knee Supported Cable Curls / Overhead Extension
-Rope Hammers / Rope Extensions

After trying à bunch of work out routine travail and not having good result started some of the exercise you do and now hi start to see the difference.When hi first started the gym my weight was at 105 pound got up to 130 pound in 4 month.
