Was nice to chat with you yesterday in the Surrey Hills and see this bike. I had the orange coloured Scott with the crap brakes 😂. I'm now a subscriber!
Really nice video Will. Apriciate your comments on the recharged podcast and looking forward to your honest opinion about the bike. Plz make a riding impression video soon. Thx
Looks legit, quality I'd even dare to say 😅 My favorite type of dork discs, you can remove them pretty easily compared to the ones that are tucked around the hub body.
Blown away every ebike on the market & dare i say it every e bike currently coming to market . The new santa cruz looks ancient already compared to the amflow and that was only unveiled this week 😳
Rode it for the first time yesterday and it is definitely game changing... I do think that santa cruz will be a top seller though, just a shame they went away from VPP after all those years

This bike makes Shimano and Bosch looks like they where sleeping for the last 10 years. The motor is much more powerful than the current offers, but also the integration and battery size is on a different level. Why can't Shimano and Bosch offer an integrated OLED screen in 2025 models? It takes me several minutes to connect the charging cable to my Shimano motor, without being abele to see the charging state of the battery.
@@josephcox2201 There is a £6K version which is silver and the one in the video which is just under £9K, seen them on several sites in the UK only the black version has the option of 600wh or 800wh, the silver one is 800wh.
Very nice...but I think I'll stick with my '22 Heckler CC, for which I paid $4K USD w/ 100 miles on the clock. XO and Fox Factory build with Hope Tech 4 brakes and Reserve carbon hoops.
Looking at it am I right is assuming that the derailleur is powered by the bike battery. I was curious as to why there was a cable going into a wireless derailleur. 🤔
Looks great but you will need to shorten the front brake hose, at least bleeding a front magura is easier than the rear. How do you find bleeding maguras?
@@nigelrandtoul8646 i've actually left them like that as i've already bought replacement brakes for the bike, i gave the maguras a few rides but honestly cant get on with them, so going back to sram... Obviously all personal preference!

The problem with riding such a nice bike on British roads is that you’ll get robbed the moment you’re spotted on it by the wrong people, you may as well walk around with £9k in a backpack wearing a neon sign above your head telling everyone. You can’t have anything nice these days.
Yo! Its chainreaction's own brand lifeline, but guessing they're no longer available. There's loads of cheaper stands like this that all look very similar with different colours, can get them on ebay/amazon/some bike shops but they're all probs made in the same factory! Hope that helps!
We're gonna find out haha! Took it out yesterday and i was pleasantly surprised... need to send it off some big jumps now i think! Yeah the coil and longer fork would be pretty sick

All high end ebikes are overpriced 😭 what normal person spends £9000 on a pedal bike 😅 but if did have £9k to spend i would buy this one, i've tried a lot of brands recently and this motor system is the best atm!

Nice. Personally I'm looking into no chain versus boost mode but that bike looks like a great option. Have fun.
I think it should be ridden with the lights, reflectors and dork disc...forever!!

they put it on your wheel just in case you chain goes over the top ring, suppose to stop the chain for eating your spokes
