Hi... does this mount make the monitor fixed or can have inclination? I have a mount that comes with the monitor but with the inclination the monitor cant stand rigid.

I dont suppose you know anyway to obtain the part that you unscrewed from the monitor that allows you to clip in the original base? I beleive I lost mine
