Hello, unfortunately no, this kind of design was the only one suitable for that particular monitor. It does not interfere with cables.
Wow i need this but i have doubts on the mount. its made with plastic.
Hey, monitor's weight is actually held on 2x M4 bolts that are going through the height of the adapter :) Plastic is only used to create a "form"

When you purchase the adapter you'll receive complete set of hardware needed to mount the adapter to a VESA standard plate. There are recessed holes for hexnuts in the adapter.

It's 3D printed, yes. Before making bold statements without any backing, why dont you take a look at reviews on Etsy and Ebay :) Theres also a load test video which shows that they can easily hold 100kg.

Hey, it's pretty stable. There is stress / load test video on my channel where you can see how much weight these adapters can hold :) (hint: it's 100kg / 220lbs)

Mal video!! Antes de atornillarlo al monitor hay que colocar la parte metalica que luego irá enganchada al brazo al adaptador, sino despues es imposible.
Most of VESA monitor arms have a VESA plate that is detachable from the arm itself.
