I was 59 KGS when I got married.but during pregnancy I gained 85kgs within a year ... after pregnancy I was stuck on 75kgs but now ai start workout and miss Ayesha dait plan from 10 days I have lost 4 kgs
And one more thing I can't do exercise just brisk walk daily 4km regular my duty schedule changes some time night some time day but I manage my walk don't miss this and it should b before meal I prefer before breakfast otherwise before dinner

I have two questions 1. Is it better to take multigrain flour than whole wheat in diet or just skip roti instead 2. Can we take as much protein as it makes our tummy full. Or we have to calculate protein according to body weight
multigrain wheat is always a best option, even whole wheat is not bad either as long it’s not mixed with all purpose flour . you should calculate your protein intake as well , it’s never enough 😅 that’s why she said u can take as much as u like but in limits . no food is bad anyway it’s how u consume it and how much . all these diet plan are extremely low in calories it’s kinda fast track but that weight bounce back so easily. stable healthy diet should always be our first priority , for quick start it’s ideal gives u motivation.

No expert but yes I lost 9 kgs after baby mostly because of calorie counting. In the beginning it looks difficukf but after a week you will know exactly how it works.i was aiming at max 1500 calories per day intake.
