cloth manually adjustable seats...... and models going for about $85 grand canadian for this trim is INSANE
Mine comes in Friday! Landcrusier trim with premium package
Congrats. Just out of curiosity, though... how much of a "screwing over the customer" fee does your dealership charge? The one closest to me in MA tacks on another $10K for the mid-level trim. Too much for me.
@@SWog617 my dealer does 0 markup
@RKO859 Nice. Hopefully there are more of them like yours than mine.
I just drove this same trim. It felt rough as a driver and as a passenger sitting on the back. For reference, I have had 3 Tacomas and know what body on frame is. I also currently own a Miata ND that is lowered. Maybe the Landcruiser didn't have the proper air?
First review✌️
When the video first started and if I hadn't seen the thumbnail I would have sworn this was a video about the Ford Bronco 😂😂 the front looks exactly like it
Not atleast having soft touch material on the doors is wild.
Traded in my 5th gen 4runner for another 5th gen. Feeling how light the trunk on that NEW LAND CRUISER and the drive quality was enough for me to look away. It wont age well for sure and ill be back saying it in 10 years 😂
It resembles the Land Rover Defender design.
Should’ve just called it an FJ Cruiser and made it more off road capable.
It feels like they added the LC name just to charge more.
It’s the LC prado, not the LC300😂 most Americans have no clue whatsoever
@@jtomtl Toyota can call it whatever they want, it’s on the same platform as the Tacoma/4Runner with the same exact drivetrain.
I have no clue why they’re charging so much for this.
@@Fadic4 the LC name is 10k, it’s basically a cash grab, aiming at those who are rich and dumb
@@jtomtl 100% agree with you.
Reminds me of a X-Terra. Seems like a miserable place to be while driving on the road.
I thought Toyota tuned the engine to not run on premium? It’s the same on the Tacoma, manual states regular fuel
I'm still not completely clear what happens if you don't use premium? Does the engine just detune or would it damage the engine?
The computer adjusts ignition timing to reduce the probability of detonation. Power will be reduced.
Remember the time we did that one thing?
why Americans are so crazy about the Land Cruiser Prado be named in NA as the Land Cruiser? LC Prado is a Land Cruiser, still J250.
Agree, LC Prado with the real 4 banger. D4D 3.0 diesel!! I will pay 55k for that!
@@roger38888 yeah, 3.0 1KD-FTV was on 4th gen j150. 2.8 1GD-FTV available for the 5th gen j250.
In Japan, LC Prado is available as the Land Cruiser 250 along with the Land Cruiser 300.
Toyota lost their minds with this pricing . Super basic for $60k what a joke .
The rear vents are also for heat too eh?
1:41 Vivid!!!!😁😁😁 way better than the Big O last gen Land Cruiser with the V8 so they went back to its roots and has the Iforce max powertrain and better on gas
Is this the same transmission as the new Tacoma?
This or 2024 4runner trd pro??????
This, but if you meant 2025 4Runner TRD Pro, then I’d have to see it in person first
A plain LC or a fully loaded 4runner. 😂
What year 4runner?@@roger38888
I really want to like this car, but for $57k it’s a lot manual accessories (seats & lift gate) that are impossible for me to accept.
how can this start at 55k?
what hybrid doesn't break 30mpg?
Toyota should make a version of this where they strip out all of the off road capability then add the Rav4 Prime plug in system and give it a nice cushy ride and call it the Land Poser for everyone who knows they’ll never take it off road but just want a cool looking efficient SUV to do the thing they actually do in their car. Then everyone else who want something that has really off road cred can buy the regular version.
25 Ford maverick has awd hybrid and still doubles this things gas mileage. and costs 30k less.
yeah , like you said it, it's a Ford aka garbage.
