it's just about determination, self belief and continuity....
try to do it- eat healthy daily1-2 hr workout......every single day.... and just forget about the future 😌& love the procedure.....
believe me you don't need to do anything else.... just make a proper daliy caloric deficit
remember that it can take 2 months, 6 months or a year .....even 2-3 yr for some people..... so all you need is consistency and self belief...
And let the people around you get suprised by seeing new version of yourself 😉😉

I used to weigh 61 kgs. Within 2 weeks I lost good amount of weight and I was 56kg. Rn, I am still working. Current weighs 53.1. (My dream goal 48 kg).

Hii , while watching this video i feel myself in u . I am beginner on this field 'workout' from 5 days i am going for walking for an hour . While going for walk my leg is paning sometime very much but i am trying complet my target of walking anyhow . I told myself starter is always harder no worry , leg me pain h ... 'Maidan k dard h maidan me hi jaega ' and i keep moving .. I just watched ur video i loved it ,, bcz u spoke reality .. Thats true no diet plane will make any difference either we feel weekness . Mam. That's great that you have started your journey but please be careful. Walking alone will do no good. Until you include some strength training, you will make your body prone to muscle injury. Take care.

You have motivated me. I have been going to gym for a month now but it didn't help because i kept giving excuses to myself that its early morning, after office there is no patience to go to the gym.....sundays r for rest.....i have office to go.......feeling lazy......periods....too many people in the gym at certain time......feeling hungry so i will eat whatever is in front...no one is there to cook breakfast....no shopping time for diet required food fruits etc.....m fed up everyday but still i want to reduce my weight n breast sizes. Thank u for the motivation. From today my journey starts.....Let's see how far i go this time because everytime i come up with such ideas i stop myself at some time giving these excuses.....Thanks again...

Shraddha Gandhi I understood dear so what’s happening right now is you are craving for unhealthy food & its common at initial phase but once you make up ur mind that this small slice of pizza of or this small piece of sweet will not add any benefit to my body rather it will make me look fat then you will not feel like eating it😊👍🏻

Rituparna Mukherjee Overall body fat reduction to remove the fat layer + weight training with heavy weights for upper body in low reps (3-8) with 2-3 sets about twice a week to get those beautiful lean arms and toned sides. Ask a trainer about proper posture. Only dieting and cardio will give you smaller but flying squirrel arms which looks awful in sleeveless. Reducing arms will happen when you are at the lower end of your ideal weight. It takes time and there no shortcuts.
