    Increase slowly

    1) Zero sugar ( no jaggery or honey etc.)
    2) No milk tea . Instead 2 green tea and black coffee
    3) 30 mins walk or 10k steps
    4) No salt after 8 Pm and dinner max by 8 Pm
    5) Taking two drinks for metabolism twice a day .
    6)Portion control - Check how much quantity i am eating
    7) Replace wheat roti with bran or gluten free roti - One roti is enough
    8) Water intake 10-12 glasses - Good amount of water(Great for hair n skin and hunger control )
    9) Very light snacks - low calorie - (Nibu Pani , coconut water, fruits , makhane , dry fruit , kale chane etc )
    10) Small workout for toning - 10-15 mins Initially .
    7.5 kg weight loss with these tips in 6 weeks .

    1. Don't start your day with coffee(black coffee) or tea (Green tea)
    Consume tea or coffee atleast 6 hours before going to sleep
    Because it disturb our sleep cycle
    2. Warm milk+turmeric/cashew/ghee/Honey....is the best drink for good sleep
    3. Don't drink too much water at night.... It creates bathroom issue & again problem in sleep
    4. You can add jeera, cinnamon in your dishes
    5. Jaggery, dates, Raisins (alternative of sugar) are nutritious
    So, don't skip them
    6. Don't count your calorie...eat everything but in moderation...
    be mindful,u can automatically understand when to stop...
    7. Morning is the best time to consume fruit...(like one banana,1 apple)🍏🍎🍌
    But don't consume citrus fruit in empty stomach...🍊🍍
    8. Eat seasonal, regional, traditional
    9. Try to add raw vegetables (salad) in your diet
    Like cucumber, carrot, Tomato, beetroot etc.🥒🥕🍅
    10. Make a healthy lifestyle... ✔️not for 1 month or 2 month❌
    11. Not for weight loss or fat loss❎
    For a healthy life...✔️😊
    12. Add healthy fats(ghee, coconut,nuts, seeds) protein (lentils,egg, chicken, fish, sprouts),carb (roti,rice)etc...🍛🍱
    13. Always think what can I add in my diet... ✔️not what can I delete from my diet...❌

    She is right i am following these simple tips and seeing changes already -
    -drink plenty of water
    -Slowly reduce sugar from diet
    -Control on your food portion
    -say no to processed and junk food
    -include a detoxify drink in your day
    -stay active
    -try intermidiate fasting
    -if you don't like doing workout just plug in your fav song, close the door and dance like no one's watching 😅 it will help you to have an enjoyable calories burning exercise.

    It's not at all sugar and fats..
    Body weight fluctuates due to lifestyle.
    Just do regular exercise with right proportion of intake. Never restrict yourself, be free and know that life is to enjoy.

    Really become slim is a very hard but after watching your first video I am inspired & started weight loss journey by following you mam & the result is I lost 4 kg in 20 days....... & the big thing is I m also a mother of 3 year old baby & doing office job & my job becomes quite harder due to covid 19...

    Before delivery mera wait 44to45kg k round tha but after delivery mera wait 55kg ho gya h to mai bhi apne wait ko leke kafi tension m rehti hun to ab se mai bhi ye sb krungi b,coz mai apne figure aur fitnas ko leke kafi serious rehti hun hmesha se, so thank u so much for ur ideas.

    Hi Mam,
    After pregnancy my hungryness is too much increase that time everyone say didn't diet because you are on breastfeeding, but know it's not in my control..😂
    But thank you so much for your video, now I know which things increase my weight..how I control that...👍
    Please Mam make a video on how to control birth, precautions we use..
    Because many of mom didn't no about that or didn't talk about that, but after first pregnancy, it's increase the chances for second pregnancy, and many of suggest that take the baby with emotional drama..

    Mere pai kisi ne kala jadu krke 60kg se 42-43 kg krdiya tha 2 mahine k andar 😂 bohot kosis kiya patla hone ka prr ye kaam kisi aur ne krdiya fatse firr avi thik ho gai. Avi weight 55 hone wali h firse moti ho gai😭 harr time roti, no sugar, no bahar ka khana fir v bardte jaa raha h weight , kam hi nhi ho raha 😭

      I suggest aao ko weight management pe jada dhyan dena chahiye and 5-6 kgs kum krne chahiye.... You should calculate it on BMI calculator

      its best to address her hunger with more variety of protein / salads / green veggies / curd or buttermilk than carbs, eventually her body will adjust ...carbs is just a craving and the best way to overcome it is by adding variety of other nutrients , a glass of water before every meal , salad before meal are good ways to cut that craving
