Actually it works , initially you will have some body pains but later you will be habituated to it . For best results , take care about dietary habits,( less fat diet )too

One tip for those who want to try this: instead of counting every single one and getting lost in the count, count how many you can do in 30 seconds. Then set timer for appropriate amount of time.
Day 1 - 200 Jumping Jack's- done✅ Day 2 - 150 Shoulder Press- done✅ (+50 jumping Jacks to intensify and speed up the process) Day 3 - 200 arm rotation✅ Day 4 - 200 in & out (I'm lazy) ❌ Day 5 - 200 Cross Leg + 200 in & out✅ Day 6 - 100 shoulder stretch❌ (did only 46 should stretch) to be honest i found should stretch more difficult than the rest. this was the one which required more power and hence i couldn't go up till 46. Day 7: 200 Pull Ups✅ it's just a bit hard to continue, but i feel it's really so effective. that day i felt the pain in my lower abdominal region, and that means i did great. (i will still continue doing pull ups cause it's really easy) overview: the challenge isn't too hard to continue, u just need to push yourself a bit harder and you'll do it easily. i couldn't successfully complete it cause I'm a student with busy schedule also i don't have a habit of exercising regularly. and yes my breast size got reduced by a inch, it's a small change but soon by continuing this exercise I'll see visible results.

Yes.. !!!! I have done these excersises but.worst part is youll have lot of pain . so i recommend that start with just 3-4 sets. ...direct 200 is way more dangerous
okay let's go starting off with 35.5 inches day 1: 100 jumping jacks✅ ( couldn't do 200 cause it was kinda painful to do ) day 2: shoulder press 150x ✅ day 3: arm rotation 200x ✅ (did a few backwards, mostly forwards) day 4: in&out exercise 200x ✅ day 5: cross touch 200x ✅ day 6: shoulder stretch 100x ✅ day 7: pull ups 200x ✅ i'm now 34.2 inches so i'll definitely keep going and if i see more changes i'll update you!! i'd recommend doing this, some exercises are a bit hard but it doesnt take too long and you can do it in sets! for diet i didnt do too much tbh cause i did meet with friends and yea well then i didnt eat very good stuff, but the last 2 days i was home and tried to not eat after 8pm, eat some healthy stuff and not over eat. i forgot to drink alot during the day that's what i have to work on definitely
I am in my postpartum weight loss journey and after a month of DIET ONLY, the results are visible but slow. So in order to get my target areas sorted, I might as well thought to incorporate some exercise and found this video. With so many positive reviews, I have taken this challenge. I will leave if this made any difference in my body. Your exercises are really effective I can agree with that 👍🏻. But it's way too much for beginners. Beginners should start with only 10-20 repetitions per day and after that day by day they should increase their count. So, if they try to complete these exercises in 7 days, it can also lead to severe muscular pain. So, keep a focus to reduce your size in a month instead of a week (for beginners).
Totally agree i was a beginner . I was too rushed to lose weight. Day 1 was fine. After day 2 exercises I got my left arm tricep strained it hurts alot! I'm on my 4th day after spraining and got meds today so now feels a liiiiil bit better so it'll get another 2-3 days to fully recover so guys start from a low number below 50 ofcourse! Dont even think to do more than 50 if you're a beginner
Day-1 : after JUMPING JACK 200 times, I felt pain in my leg 😕 Day-2 : After SHOULDER PRESS 150 times , I feel pain in my arm 😶 Day-3 : It was Arm Rotation 200 times... I tried it... but I feel a little pain in arm ... I took rest for one day (day 4) In day-5 , I do exercise very little because i could not move my arm......... And I have decided that i do this or other exercise 50 times maximum and will gradually increase the time. If it will practice , then I will do these movements 200 times or more Any movement or exercise 150 times or 200 times is very very difficult. 🥴🤒🤕
cus a persone who stop or didtn exercise while those years this thing come so good job and don't let a pain let you over down also if it really problems so rest for day 2 or 3 and then start agian but less amount and do it do it eventuly you will gonna stop getting pain btw that small amount will not gonna help you lose whit or something just practise

I'm finishing only 5 days after two days on my day 7 I'm gonna measure my breast and update it. This exercise is so hard to do. (+50 jumping Jacks to intensify and speed up the process)
Day 3 - 200 arm rotation✅
Day 4 - 200 in & out (I'm lazy) ❌
Day 5 - 200 Cross Leg + 200 in & out✅
Day 6 - 100 shoulder stretch❌ (did only 46 should stretch)
to be honest i found should stretch more difficult than the rest. this was the one which required more power and hence i couldn't go up till 46.
Day 7: 200 Pull Ups✅
it's just a bit hard to continue, but i feel it's really so effective. that day i felt the pain in my lower abdominal region, and that means i did great. (i will still continue doing pull ups cause it's really easy)
overview: the challenge isn't too hard to continue, u just need to push yourself a bit harder and you'll do it easily. i couldn't successfully complete it cause I'm a student with busy schedule also i don't have a habit of exercising regularly. and yes my breast size got reduced by a inch, it's a small change but soon by continuing this exercise I'll see visible results.

i'm now 34.2 inches so i'll definitely keep going and if i see more changes i'll update you!! i'd recommend doing this, some exercises are a bit hard but it doesnt take too long and you can do it in sets!
for diet i didnt do too much tbh cause i did meet with friends and yea well then i didnt eat very good stuff, but the last 2 days i was home and tried to not eat after 8pm, eat some healthy stuff and not over eat. i forgot to drink alot during the day that's what i have to work on definitely

Your exercises are really effective I can agree with that 👍🏻. But it's way too much for beginners. Beginners should start with only 10-20 repetitions per day and after that day by day they should increase their count. So, if they try to complete these exercises in 7 days, it can also lead to severe muscular pain. So, keep a focus to reduce your size in a month instead of a week (for beginners).
Totally agree i was a beginner . I was too rushed to lose weight. Day 1 was fine. After day 2 exercises I got my left arm tricep strained it hurts alot! I'm on my 4th day after spraining and got meds today so now feels a liiiiil bit better so it'll get another 2-3 days to fully recover so guys start from a low number below 50 ofcourse! Dont even think to do more than 50 if you're a beginner

I took rest for one day (day 4)
In day-5 , I do exercise very little because i could not move my arm......... And I have decided that i do this or other exercise 50 times maximum and will gradually increase the time. If it will practice , then I will do these movements 200 times or more

It's hard you can't do 200 at once i do it in 4 round it's give you alot of pain in your leg so if u are beginner and fatty too need not to pressurize your self just do it in 6-8 rounds take 20 sec. Break not more than that ☺️

I took one week challenge yesterday completed nd lost around 1.5 inch ..but i did all exercises combined 5 exercise per day nd reduced repeating to half no. Like 100 jumping jacks , 100 shoulder press , arm rotation 200 , in n out 200 , cross touch 100 , strech 50 around
thnks i have lost 4 cm bydoing this for a week ❤

Day 2: did arm rotations instead of shoulder press
Day 3 : did cross touches it's now 38.3
Day 4 : done with shoulder press

Hey guys! I'm writing this after 7 days. Honestly I do see a change !!! Not in terms of size but yes in terms of firmness. Not to forget i also walk for atleast 45 minutes a day! I think continuing the routine will definitely bring about a change in the size tooo!!!

In starting it feel like its impossible.. but its not so tough as we think after seeing vedio.
1st day in starting is too difficult but once u did.. all nxt days r v easy.. too much easy from 2 day..

First when I had discovered this video, I didn't believe it much. But I tried it for 8 days and I actually lost about 0.4 inches. Will continue this till I get the results I want.

Day 1- jumping jacks 200 done ✔( but heavy leg pain 😰😨)
Day 2- shoulder press 150 done ✔ (severe arm and shoulder pain but happy to finish my second day)
Day 3-did arm rotation 200 times ✔(quite easy when compared to first 2)
Day 4-completed 200 in and out
Day 5- cross touch I can't do 200 sqauts so did 100 (😑 bored).
Day 6-not correctly finished my exercise because I'm so bored wth this exercise. Coz we have to do this for 200 or 100 counts 🤕

Aww one week gone I measured by breast size that was 37 I reduced 1 1/2 inches

@@jdope5915 there is no heavy change in measurement but i can feel the reduction in mirror now last two days I'm wearing t shirt without shawl . I can feel slight change in my breast

@@jdope5915 you can try this exercise my tip is to be active, nowadays I'm active in my home and keep dance for my fav song strongly in room and keep drinking water if we do this our total body weight reduces so our breast size also decrease. I'm finishing only 5 days after two days on my day 7 I'm gonna measure my breast and update it. This exercise is so hard to do. I can't do it continuesly I'm Taking rest and continue so I'm going to follow another breast reduction vdo for my nxt week. On that vdo many people's gave positive comment

Day 1 : Jumping jacks ❤(exhausted.. I had ten seconds Brk for every 20 reps)
Day 2 : Shoulder press ❤
(my hands are like spaghetti noodles😐 now...I had ten seconds Brk for each 20 reps)
Day 3 : Arm rotation ❤
(I'm little tired..give ten seconds brk for each 50 reps.. This workout is so intense.. So focus on ur chest)
Day 4 : In and out ❤
(This exercise is quite easy.. So try to give Brk at 100 reps...actually I did two 200s😅...this is easy guys)
Day 5 : Cross touch ❤
(My heart is still beating fast.. Concentrate on ur shoulders than ur legs when doing this.. Had ten sec brk for each 50 reps)
Day 6 : Shoulder stretch ❤
(I thought this exercise would be very easy.. But not actually.. But y'all can do..ten sec brk for e
ach 20 reps)
Day 7 : Pull ups ❤
(This isn't really hard.. But I couldn't find much changes.. And these workouts aren't much intense.. So I gotta try some other intense workouts)

Today I have started with Day 1: Jumping jacks(200 reps)..felt releived bit. I'm gonna update abt this 7 days challenge everyday until next 6 days..hoping for the best result✊😍
Day 2: Shoulder Press(150)
OMG. this one is so so hard to complete 150 reps if u r new to these type of exercise..today i was able to do 80 reps(with 2 min hand rest for each 20/10 reps)...i cud not feel any energy to rotate my wrist n to move my hand after 80 reps...worthy of try anyways...gonna complete the rest of the reps by today...keep fighting😊✊✌
