Funk,whenever I need some new workout for my combat training I always come to check if you have something new for us,you are the best and we can trust you 💪 I'm back to training after a long recovery from injury,and my cardio is very bad,do you think I can do the other bodyweight workout you have in your channel not intended for fighters? I want to boost my recovery now 😭
This has become a staple to my workout routine. A very effective finisher, although I like to jump off script and spend the last minute ish doing tuck jump burpees for maximum "**** you" factor.
Stats: after 24 min. dumbell workout (back patio) then this 10 min. mma hiit 4.5 rounds done 56y/o obese 5'10" 228.5 Great challenge for me thank you for all you do!

Not burpees. Those are sprawls. "FULL Push-ups" - chest doesn't hit the ground once... ...and then I stopped watching. Praise for your fitness level at 52....but not teaching the masses proper form and technique. *sigh* Oh Funk.

I love this workout. I can do it inside during cold weather on the East Coast plus its genius. U get full body burn with easy to remember movements.
