one thing that concerns me is form.. does your form have to be spot on or at least very good for this stuff to be effective? ..or is it just more basically about swinging your arms and legs (movement)? I am not very flexible in the legs especially so am intrigued....

Nick, what are the benefits of shadow boxing/fighting? Can shadow be a training by itself, for example 30 minutes of shadown boxing?
