Awesome job dude. Love the fluidity in these motions man. Samus' fingers when scrolling the phone & the different suits, the spaceship "swipe" to head to Ridley in the next shot, Ridley's character animation with his coffee. Very fun toon dude! Awesome job!
This is AMAZING! The fluidity, the lighting, the accuracy to the suits, everything! My favorite part is when Ridley is floating in space, and he lost his wings. He looks a lot less threatening without them. XD
You know, none of the Metroid games have ever used that music during a Boss fight, have they?
Be epic to have it play during THE Final time that Ridley makes an appearance, the reveal that what Samus had killed before, were clones of Ridley. But since they weren't getting the job done, in offing Samus, Ridley was prepared to put his own life on the line to end her.
And this music, in full, would play during that fight =D
The closest thing we have is the end of the final battle in Super Metroid, where Samus's theme wells up as she powers up to finish the fight, but using this song at the end of a game would be so awesome
Um actually there's only one clone of Ridley and it's from Metroid Other M & Metroid Fusion, basically the other ridleys from all the other games besides the two I mentioned is still the real Ridley. Meta, Omega & Proteus are still Ridley but getting healed because of his battles with Samus

But help, I'm still new to the Metroid fandom and lore so I have a question, what was that suit she got mesmerized at? Is that her most iconic suit? I'm confused because there are similar-looking ones which newbies like me who can't differentiate.
That was the Varia suit, which is the most iconic and has been in many games. Technically some of the other suits were modified versions of the Varia suit, and the Varia suit is an upgrade to the basic power suit, so wheter or not Samus actually has more than one suit is completely up in the air. Bottom line: Varia suit is the most iconic and is what’s seen in Smash Bros.
