BMW DCT Parking Lockout Mechanism Repair DIY (2010-2016 BMW E90 335is, E82 135i, E89 Z4 sDrive35i)

►Every automatic transmission has a parking lockout mechanism that forces the gearbox into neutral so that the car can roll while off. BMW's DCT also has one; unfortunately, it can fail anytime. That won't be an issue under most circumstances, but it will be a real pain when you eventually need it. Luckily, replacement is straightforward and relatively inexpensive.
Wrench along with FCP Euro's BMW Expert Gareth Foley as he replaces the parking lockout switch on a BMW E82 135i.

Hello Gareth. Can you please tell me where to find the yaw speed rate sensor on a 2016 bmw 328ix. Can't find any info on its location. Older models have it under the driver side seat.
