Champion 3500-watt Generator - Remove & Clean Carburetor

A customer brought in a generator that wouldn't start. The gas expired inside of the generator, so I took it apart and cleaned everything thouroughly. I show the whole process step by step in this video.

When you removed the oil drain plug, you used a socket. Is it something special you have or is something that I can buy?

Nice thanks did u remove fuel tank to do the acetone cleaning. Also do u recommend 91 or 93 or 87 octane. I never used premium before just regular unleaded all my 2 and 4 cycle equipment could use your suggestions of fuel preferences thanks again

we just use premium here 91 93

Ideally you want to use ethanol free fuel. Higher Octane. I use 92 premium ethanol free for all my small engines. Expensive but I have zero carb issues.
