Dough N° 1:
300g wheat flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
11cl water
8cl vegetable oil
Dough N° 2:
130g wheat flour
80g butter
Stuffing:
400g chicken thighs
2 garlic cloves
1 green onion
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground pepper
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Oil for frying

Everything about this video is just amazing. Perfect looking puffs. One question though, can we bake the puffs in the oven? If so at what temperature and duration?
Its bread so of course you can.. You don't need her to tell you. Even donuts can be baked instead of fried. Probably 350 til golden. Maybe 15-20. No different than cooking any other stuffed bread in the stove, like calzones or pies

Hi Mme. Morgane... I am bot familiar with centiliter measurements you used with dough no. 1. To get milliliter or ml measurement, I should then multiply centiliter amount by 10? Meaning water used in Dough No. 1 8s 110ml? Thank you for your reply.
