Hi Neha, All 5 days of PCOD yoga is very useful for me, I just follwed practising of your yoga just 15 days gave me a good result to get my periods w/o any tablets or medications. That was amazing. Thanks for your details on how to do the yoga even for beginners. I'd recommend you to put more videos on weights loss yogas and also if you put all yoga name in your description of each video will be more informative. Thank you once again.... Keep going.
Practicing these sequences everyday... I combine Day 1,2,5(Mon&Thu) then Day 1,3,5(Tue&Fri) and Day 1,4,5 (Wed&Sat)... As Day1 is like warm and Day 5 is like cool down and stretch so including them daily. Thank you very much🙏🏻 Practicing these sequences for May month👍🏻

Stay for a long time in one posture is safe ...for all the yoga position?? I think it's depends .... maximum time to stay in one pose may be different for different asanas...plzzz give your valuable guidance to me ..nice session today again ♥️🙏
I would always recommend few lesser postures but stay as long as you are comfortable along with your long breath this is always nice to practise and much better way as well also it’s individual choice and what does your body feel like listen to your body and just practice😊🙏

It’s going to be quite challenging because I already finished making five episodes there is a lot of other content which I want to focus right now but I think after sometime will surely come back with more nice Asana sequence for PCOD again till then please practice as a mention you can make a combination of 2 to 3 videos and then practice together all The very best😊🙏

These are very healthy and a simple practises I don’t think so it should cause you any stomach pain however it could be because of your menstrual cycle. Drink a lot of water and take it easy don’t do a lot in one day watch fifth day video in the end. All the very best🙏😊

@@YogaForCureVideos Hi Mam , I should say this ... I have started doing this Yoga from the day when u posted day 1 exercise for PCOD. till now nearly it's been 20 to 25 days. In between I would have left 1 or 2 days due to few situations but after 60 days I got my periods . In past 1 year I used to get nly with the tablet but this tym am so surprised how I got without taking tabs ... Thanks a ton Mam.. Am gonna continue n hope I can bring back my regular periods..
