      Omg girl isn't that the truth. Bow to the queen YT Fitness. You video get right to the workout and how you explain each workout is awesome. So having a knee that doesn't let me work my legs that well. I think I did pretty damn good considering. Some I couldn't hs weight but definitely something to strive for. Thanks again

    Thank you for showing a calf workout!! Most "leg day" workouts I've watched from others never include the calves for some reason 😔🤔

    I'm late to the game but look forward to trying this program out when my doctor clears me to workout again. When your program first came out and you listed some of the basic movements you recommended us knowing before starting the program, I realized I had some gaps so I went back to the drawing board and decided to master the basics again.

    Thank you, Hunter. This is so encouraging for my at-home routine, and the very detailed descriptions are so reinforcing to keep proper form and maximize my results. It's so incredibly hard in middle age to wake up my atrophying glutes that I neglected for years. Your suggestion to isolate one leg at a time is so much better for me to maintain stability.     Omg tomorrow is my first time alone in the gym i work almost all days and no time for the gym but I swore to myself that im gonna make it, im a lil bit nervous! Any tips anyone?🥺🥺

      Omg! That’s awesome!! I would suggest-if you don’t already know-finding out a time when it’s not as busy to go if you can! It will really help give you a chance to have more space to get comfortable and figure things out. Have your workout planned out! Whether it’s this one or one of my other workouts, something to follow so you have a plan of action to focus on💪 Clothes you feel comfortable in and loud music is essential🎧 Don’t be afraid to ask staff for help if you need to! They are there to help! Good luck and let me know how it goes!!😄

Whether at the end of a long work day or some early morning hour at home when there is no audience to watch it takes a great deal of dedication and determination to pursue a goal.     Why are people shy when working out in the gym? We are all there for our health; sweating, puting ourselves through "Twister" maneuvers, letting out the occasionall grunt or snort, making faces that would scare a baby. And to quote a trainer friend of mine, "ignore the rude and lewd, that is their problem, not yours; you're here to do your thing."

    A great cue that I use for step ups, is ensuring that the foot not being used is flexed. Flexing the foot ensures that you’re 100% pushing up with the lead leg and the other leg is dead weight. You will most likely need to scale back the weight and/or the height of the step. Neat little trick 😉

    How long should you rest between sets?

      That’s going to depend on how long it takes you to feel recovered enough between sets to optimally perform your next set! 2-3 minutes is a general good amount of time. More or less can also work depending on the exercise, weight, and reps being performed.
