So having a knee that doesn't let me work my legs that well. I think I did pretty damn good considering. Some I couldn't hs weight but definitely something to strive for. Thanks again

When your program first came out and you listed some of the basic movements you recommended us knowing before starting the program, I realized I had some gaps so I went back to the drawing board and decided to master the basics again.

It will really help give you a chance to have more space to get comfortable and figure things out. Have your workout planned out! Whether it’s this one or one of my other workouts, something to follow so you have a plan of action to focus on💪 Clothes you feel comfortable in and loud music is essential🎧 Don’t be afraid to ask staff for help if you need to! We are all there for our health; sweating, puting ourselves through "Twister" maneuvers, letting out the occasionall grunt or snort, making faces that would scare a baby. And to quote a trainer friend of mine, "ignore the rude and lewd, that is their problem, not yours; you're here to do your thing." God bless and good health.
A great cue that I use for step ups, is ensuring that the foot not being used is flexed. Flexing the foot ensures that you’re 100% pushing up with the lead leg and the other leg is dead weight. You will most likely need to scale back the weight and/or the height of the step. Neat little trick 😉
That’s going to depend on how long it takes you to feel recovered enough between sets to optimally perform your next set! 2-3 minutes is a general good amount of time. More or less can also work depending on the exercise, weight, and reps being performed.
