Try bringing your legs out to the edges of the foot pad, point your toes slightly outwards, &keep your legs straight! It sounds like you may be pushing through your toes to keep you stable of the pad and also getting to much leg movement (bend at the knee) when moving up and down. Focus on keeping your legs and feet as I said above and lock it there. Only move from the hips up!

2 times a week. 1 heavy and 1 moderate. I write my own programs from my own education and experience. I've been lifting for 8+ years, a cert. trainer for 6+ years, and on top of that I also read,research,&test out new techniques alll the timee🤓 I don't currently offer programs but if you are looking to get a good plan for your goals your quickest&easiest bet is to hire someone CREDIBLE in the industry to do it for you! A good program is a lot more than just a bunch of exercises thrown together💪
I need help. So when I work on lower body I feel like I try to do too many work outs and by the time I get to glutes I’ve been at the gym for 1.5 hours so it’s kinda late... How many booty work outs should I incorporate on my lower body day?

Yeahh you gotta use something to protect your hips or else it's brutallll! I got mine off Amazon and I believe it's called ironbull pad. There are soooo many different kinds out there, just find one with good reviews! You can also use a gym mat and just fold it over a couple times.

If weightloss is the goal then your main focus needs to be making sure you are in a caloric deficit for an extended period of time. That's 80%+ of the work. Working out certain muscle groups doesn't mean you will lose fat in that area.
Hunter Chilton I did some of this today. The hip thrusts got me good. When I was done all the pain was in my thighs. Now around 7 hours later the pain seems to be in my knees. Did I do it wrong? It doesn’t feel like I injured myself it feels like muscle pain but I find it weird that the pain is in my knees now.

Well u need to eat more. When u lift weights you burn fat but u start to gain muscle so you’ll still gain weight. Don’t worry about losing muscle when u workout. Look into what you should be eating for an ectomorph
You wont loose muscle mass if you lift weight.... the only thing you might loose is fat. If your goal is to gain weight and muscles you just need to eat more. I recommend lots of healthy carbs and lots of protein. If youre someone who struggles to eat you can get natural drops that stimualte your appetite.
No. I write out my program for a full week of training to follow for a 4 week span depending on my goals that block and then switch it up. You need to stick to plans long enough for your body to progress in what you are trying to get stronger at or improving body composition. I will exchange accessory movements in and out more frequently if I feel like it or want to try something new. I will also deviate from my plan if I'm not feeling up to par and there is a big lift planned. I will adjust reps/sets or the workout entirely if that is the case.
30 per set (10 each position) for 3 sets total. So yes, technically 90 reps in total by the time you finish all 3 sets of the standard, narrow, and wide stances.
Of course! Always rest between all sets in your training! BUT for this exercise you only rest after you complete all 30 reps of the set as it is a complex set. I usually rest 2-3 min between a set like this.
