I was gaining muscle and looking real good…AND HAD ABS, and then I got pregnant 😂 I’m 30 yrs old and still go to the gym while pregnant. I’m naturally small I’m 5’2” 125 lbs. and trust me a lot of that weight is muscle. And I can’t wait to pop this baby out cause I’m gonna hit it hard at the gym and continue following you. Your videos are so soothing I listen to them while I stretch for my workouts
If this is your first baby no rush to get back to the gym. Your body needs to heal (specially your womb) and it takes a few months. I am a mother of two and lifted before during and way after my pregnancies. I was not cautious after the first pregnancy and had some heavy bleeding after lifting and carrying a chest freezer with my husband. Listen to your doctors and wait until they give you the okay to go back to the gym. And start lightly. Patience is key.

i cant seem to lose weight(10 lbs) despite the hard work and hours i spend in the gym and regardless how much of a deficit i eat including high protein lower carb and fat. Im starting to think its not about being in a deficit but rather, Im not eating enough
@@Bulletproofyourhealth im sure my glutes arent as great as her,s but i went from being obese to then losing too much weight, and then i got too flat everywhere. but i think that was the optimal, bc then all i had to do was concentrate on glute isolated exercises. now i finally have glutes again and not a lot of body fat :) never thought id see the day - good luck! so my advice: lean out more first - focus on losing the fat, and then build the areas you want from there. its like a sculpture !
Lift heavy and eat healthy. There’s no trick or shortcuts. You have to eat enough calories, emphasize protein consumption and lift at a challenging pace. She has an app, you can try that. Good luck

Hello. I am not sure how old you are. Do women over 40 (I am 41) need to do anything differently than a 30 year old woman or a 20 year old woman when it comes to bulking and cutting? It was very easy to do a cut in my 30's and now I find it harder to burn fat during the cut phase in my 40's. Any tips would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

It would be super helpful if you showed results without posing so that we can get a real idea on how the progress looks. Everyone takes photos super posed and that’s not what your body really looks like. I would love to see a front and back shot completely unposed Also my mental health needs it 😅

I’m trying to put on weight and muscle too but I find it really hard to eat extra. It’s hard once your body feels full already 😅
:) one way around this, i had this problem too but then i realized i just had to eat low volume high calorie foods. that works for me, anyway

How do you avoid big belly during the bulk period
Don't do dirty bulk, just 300-500 kcal above your maintenance. But genetics also play a role here, I mostly store fat around my stomach area.
