    I’ve only just discovered your Chanel and love your content! Baked porridge is my breakfast, meal prep staple; I’ve never seen anyone use steel cut oats, so I’m excited to try this.

    Nene, can I lightly toast the steel cut oats with the nuts for a deeper flavor? Or will that compromise the texture of the oats?

    Do you make any deserts with Einkorn Whole Wheat Flour?

      It’s in my list for future recipes. But there are some existing recipes that you could use the whole wheat flour. Check out the Greek Yogurt Muffin recipe. Instead of 2 cups of oat flour, use 1.5 cups of whole wheat! Hope that helps!
