@deedrury8229 Hey! Great question - typically I recommend adding a bit of extra liquid (water/milk) to recipes when adding in something dry like protein powder, but in this case given the amount of liquid already used in this recipe, I think you'd be fine without additional liquid! This is assuming you'll just be adding in a scoop or so 😀 hope that helps!
Actually my favorites are savory cups with a variety of aromatic veggies and herbs. And thanks for offering the option to skip the eggs, I can't eat them.
I’ve made some this morning and I really liked both the taste and the texture. I topped them with pecans and chocolate chips, yum! Exactly what I was craving! Thanks!
Just found your channel and I love it! You keep everything so simple, you're great at explaining the recipe, you give plant based options and love that you have all the ingredients typed out on the side, PERFECT! I'm looking forward to watching more of your videos. Thx!
I love your recipes! I have tried the overnight oatmeal, the chia pudding and I am now trying this backed oat muffins that really looks (and smell) delicious. I have to stay away from refined grains and sugar and I think those are perfect recipes (I usually cut the maple syrup dose…)
Another excellent video! All the recipes you show are so drool-worthy and look absolutely delicious! One thing though..perhaps you could increase the font size of the written ingredient list in the video a tiny bit..they seem too small to read.
Thanks so much for watching and for the kind comment! And I appreciate the feedback on the font size - I'll see what I can do to enlarge it a bit (without impacting what's on the screen). Thanks for the input!
I absolutely love ❤️ your recipes, I will definitely be giving them a try. I wanted an easy and delicious way to do oats apart from granola and overnight oats, your recipes checked all my boxes. 😅❤
For sure! I grab one or two of these as a pre-workout as well - usually with banana, nuts, seeds and dried fruits mixed in. It's a great little snack before the gym! Thanks for watching, hope you enjoy it!
Can I substitute honey for the syrup? Since it's thicker would the ratio change? Going to make these for on the go breakfast and snacks. They all look so yummy. Thanks for sharing.
Hey there! You can certainly use honey instead of maple syrup if you like - and no need to change the quantities, you can swap it 1:1 and it'll be just fine. Hope that helps, thanks so much for watching!
@toastyapron thanks. I'm adding this to my record box today. I'm in Florida so not baking until the heat wave had passed. Looking forward to making these.
I'm with ya! Oats are a staple for me - they're so versatile, nutritious, and filling. Plus they keep me away from other unhealthy foods! I hope you enjoy giving these oat cups a try - thanks so much again for watching 😀
I love these, right now after watching im kinda trying to think of a recipe that would include peanutbutter. I've was looking up recipes like this in the first place as it had oatmeal cups that were little bowls to put yogurt inside of.
Thanks for watching, I'm glad you enjoyed it! Yes you can certainly make a little indent in the middle of the oatmeal cups before baking, and fill it up with yogurt or peanut butter after baking if you like! A nice and easy way to jazz it up 😀
Hey there! You can find all written printable recipes on my website - feel free to check it out at the link in my bio! Hope that helps, thanks for watching!
@toastyapron ❤ These Oatmeal cups look fabulous! I primarily use my Ninja Air fryer for everything. Can the OXO silicone baking cups be used in air fryer at the recommended temperature for this recipe? Also do these have to be warmed to eat or are they okay to use in lunch box for room temperature snack?
@carolek9513 Hey there! Awesome, the Ninja is a great air fryer 😀 The OXO silicone baking cups can definitely be used in air fryers - and yes, they can be used in temps up to 233℃/450℉, so they'll be perfectly fine for this recipe! I've had no issues using them in my air fryer at all 🙂 hope that helps, thanks for watching!
Hey there! Yes this recipe makes 6 oatmeal cups per batch, but you can feel free to double the ingredients and make 12 at a time using a 12-cup muffin tin if you prefer! Hope that helps, thanks so much for watching!
My friend wants to collaborate with you she has tried your stuff and she likes it just wanted to ask ❤ I’ve tried your overnight oats and there so fricking good

Hey there! Unfortunately I haven't tried using barley flakes in this recipe so I can't provide much help, sorry! But if you do give it a try I'd love to hear how it turns out for you!
It’s so you can follow along with any of the recipe variants and don’t have to skip to different parts to get the full recipe. It’s super useful and user friendly.

You repeat yourself soo much in these videos. Sounds so robotic. Which is a shame because the recipes seem great.
