    always enjoy your arm workouts. My weights are 5 lb and 3 lb so I definitely feel it. I just have to make sure I get at least 4 times a week.... so far, i have flunked that but I am hanging in. Thanks, Annie !!!

    I love your arm workouts! Your peppiness is inspiring to me, keeps me going! I tore my left rotator cuff and bicep a few years ago, got it repaired, but limited mobility now. So you are helping me to get my right arm stronger so I can do more things in life. You are an Angel!

      What size weights are you using to see results? I am on the last day week two of her 4 week arm challenge. I was just looking ahead to week four out of curiosity. I have been doing 5lbs and 2 lbs for my first time through the four weeks and I’m thinking I will just keep going through the four week challenge every month increasing my weights as I go. Is that what you’ve done? I have some 6lbs 9lbs 12lbs and a 20lb kettle bell. I may need to get some in between sizes because I feel like going from 6 to 9 is a huge jump. 😂

    Love this! I did need to alternate between 8lb and 5lbs due to a old shoulder injury. Some of the exercises were too hard for me with 8lbs.

    Starting with light weights warmed up my muscles. I think it made using heavy weights easier.

    I like using both weights in a workout. I did last week's workout and was sore for 3 days straight and got a great workout! I loved this workout too. And starting with light weights warmed up my muscles so I could do the heavier weight workout and focus better.

    OH MY GAWWWWD Annie that was so hard! I think burning out the arms with light weights and then going heavy may be why it was so hard to get through the latter half of this. Very humbling workout Annie!💪🏻😍🔥

    I felt doing heavy weights after light weights made it more challenging and moves us all to our goals. I start my mornings doing your two of your arms/shoulders workouts. Then, one of the leg workouts I love all how you encourage us. Thank you, Annie.

    I haven't done any weight or even the resistance bands in weeks. Keep hurting my lower back. Today was the first day in a good while. I used 3 and 5 lb weight and it felt like 50. I have to get back into the swing of things. You inspire.

    I think heavy weights 1st is harder. I am almost done with this series, Annie, which I can't remember the last time I completed anything arm related. Whoa! I love your week/month long workouts. It keeps me accountable. : ) Thanks for your investment in others!

    This was a more challenging workout, I find that doing the heavy weights last is more difficult. I love the challenge, I am definitely seeing and feeling the results. 🥳💪🥰

    Not bad having the light weights first. I managed to do the whole thing with only one tiny rest. I like that you are doing a bit of a rest with the heavy weights on all of the weeks. My shoulders really feel it! Given the choice, I like the heavy weights first but will do both types.

      any of the 5 minute workouts are great! Especially using a set of 2 pound weights! Then you can work your way up to longer periods.

    I felt this was harder to which I guess is the point🤣 Doesn't make any difference to me light or heavy weights first it's hard either way!!
    Love them tho short and sharp, just perfect.

    Using 3 n 5 lb Weights...Personally I find it harder to do 5 lb last.. The lust couple of minutes were the tuffest but I persevered..yeah Aloha Marla 😁

    Love using different size weights. I like starting out with lighter weights working up to heavier weights for me, anyway. The lighter weights wake up my arms.
