I have been doing 5lbs and 2 lbs for my first time through the four weeks and I’m thinking I will just keep going through the four week challenge every month increasing my weights as I go. Is that what you’ve done? I have some 6lbs 9lbs 12lbs and a 20lb kettle bell. I may need to get some in between sizes because I feel like going from 6 to 9 is a huge jump. 😂
I've had a little break but still popping in when able...thx for reminding me how easy you make getting these short but effective work outs. By the way, you look awesome!
I like using both weights in a workout. I did last week's workout and was sore for 3 days straight and got a great workout! I loved this workout too. And starting with light weights warmed up my muscles so I could do the heavier weight workout and focus better.

Love this! I did need to alternate between 8lb and 5lbs due to a old shoulder injury. Some of the exercises were too hard for me with 8lbs.

any of the 5 minute workouts are great! Especially using a set of 2 pound weights! Then you can work your way up to longer periods.
I like heavy weights at the end and one less circuit with them.
