I like the standing abs occasionally because I get tension in my neck sometimes doing abs on a mat. I like the way you snuck in more shoulder work at the end (not!) I’m 65 and my arms ain’t bad since doing your workouts. 💪 I don’t want to become that older woman who can’t pick up a bag of groceries, or worse, my grand babies. Thank you for keeping me strong!
Oh gosh I absolutely loved this workout! I was never going abs because I didn't want to lie down. This is the perfect combination arms and standing abs. I adore the standing ab concept. It was quite the workout too, one of my favorites!

After a problem with vertigo a few years ago I no longer can do any floor exercises so really appreciate these standing abs and any standing exercises , thank you.

I have gone back and used the workout today ..like always it was great ..I am 55 and I may have to modify a few things to get through but I'm feeling stronger now ...thank you for your help again !!!!
I love this video and prefer standing abs to being on the floor. Also excited to use 5 lb weights. Not going to lie, I took a bit of a hiatus but I am getting back into the groove. I like what you said about consistency. Even 10 minutes helps! You look amazing. Motherhood agrees with you!

Absolutely loved these standing ab exercises. With two knees with osteoarthristis and getting gel injections, along with one shoulder with osteoarthritis and mild rotator cuff rear, using my 2 lb weights, did great. Thanks Annie.🙏🏻

Hi Laura! That's such wonderful arm strength! I am a guy and am training with my gf, with this lesson! I could only manage this session with 1 lb dumbbells throughout and my arms just gave up! 😟Is it really weak? My gf did the entire session with 6 lbs dumbbells!

Love the low impact and and arms...not supposed to jump because if full knee replacement 5 years ago so this is perfect. Would love to see a 10 or 15 low impact ab exercise just like this one. Thanks and congratulations on your new baby girl!

Annjie love this. I have neck issues so many many more of these please. Find doing abh work on the ground always aggravates my neck so much and end up in a worse situation so thank thank you.
I never realized that a 10lb dumbbells could be so heavy! I personally love standing abs workout. My lower back (lumbar) curves inward really bad, almost like a "C", so doing most ab exercises on the floor really hurt and strain my back way too much. Thanks again for the videos!! I have been enjoying working out with these esp when you don't have a lot of time.

The standing abs work so much better for me since I had a cervical fusion. Laying on a mat causes too much tension on my neck. I found your other standing abs workout and typically did that 2-3 times a week. Keep them coming!
I just found your channel after doing your five minute arms. I know I’m late to the challenge but I figure I could do it at my own pace. I definitely like the standing abs because I have vertigo and cannot lay down to do ab work. So this is perfect! Love your channel!
