I've been working out for 3weeks straight now and there's a slight changes on my arm but those workouts i'd try weren't intense as your workout. I always have a problem with my arm if i missed working out for a week especially during period i noticed my arms getting fat than the other part of my body. I thought this workout was easy but i had to stop atleast 5secs for like every 2mins. I love the feelings of arms getting burned, i feel like it's really effective. Finally, I found you. Thank you for these free workout You have a perfect arms and back by the way. I watched your old videos and I'm really amaze that you've maintained your slim arms. I really wanted to have a slim arms like yours. ❤️ From 🇵🇭 I don't have dumbbells yet but i found 2 plastic bottles for 500ml each that I'd just use today for the 1st time coz i really wanted to try this workout after watching it.😊
I love your arm workouts. I hurt my rotator cuff though and its hurts to do some of the excerises like the wide open row. What can I do to help this muscle get better?👍😁

Hi Annie: I love your workouts for the arms. Do you have any of your videos that are just Biceps and Triceps. I have had 4 rotator cuff surgeries, and I am not to raise any weights above my head. If you don't have anything, would this be something that you would consider creating. Thank you.
I also have a shoulder injury. I can't do these that fast which is ok cause I like doing the time an tension lifting. To watch you makes my shoulder hurt. 😅 I do your arm w.o.'s just not fast like you do. Keep the videos coming!
@@gillianhart2344 it doesn't seem, for me, you would get any benefits doing it fast. Cause I tried doing it fast I wasn't paying attention to my form and I got sloppy. Which is why I have shoulder issues now. Not from her videos. But when I first started weight lifting I had no guidance and was doin it wrong. Thus the shoulder injury. But like I said, I like the time an tension. I want strength as well as bulk. 💪🏽
@@kellydukepoo2450 I agree. It’s not about speed. I usually watch videos like this in full, then do the exercises myself at my own speed. Doing more reps or for longer, but slower. I like using resistance bands too.
Good one as always. I’m having elbow issues and I’m using 1lb. weights and it’s still a great workout. Will go back up to 2lbs or even 3lbs once my elbow recovers. Please note that I didn’t hurt my elbow from doing your exercises.
