    Wheeoou! 69 yrs old, using weights for the 1st time in my life with the intention of building muscle and definition. 2lb weights, and was able to keep up with you, but wowzers! did I feel it! Just what I was looking for! Thank you!

    I just did one using 4 lb weights! Yes, I dropped my arms twice but because I’ve been doing your workouts regularly for over a year, the drop wasn’t long! Thanks for your videos!

    Yayyy!!! You must have read my mind! I was just wondering when your next video was to come out!! I saw this video as soon as I was done with another video and did this video as well!! I have to admit, I did have to drop a couple of times,but, I counted to a quick 3 and kept going til the end. I can't say which video is my favorite, cause I like all of them. I don't know how your videos could be dropped! They're motivational for people around the world, especially now that we there's Covid. So, thank you. Your videos have really motivated me the last month and a half! I want to tell you thank you very much!! Good job to those who always do Annie's workout videos!! Everyone have an amazing week!!

    I love your new 81/2 minute workout. I do like all your workouts except the 12 minute one.
    I usually do ay least 2 arm workouts daily. This one is helping reduce the swelling from my second & final vaccination.

    She is the rockstar! How does she come up with these perfect moves that melt and burn to the max....in 8 minutes and give results. Check out her other vids and pay no mind to the time frame, even the 4 minute shoulder one is intense. Mix them up and you won't recognize your arms or yourself, because you pulled it off.     Absolutely love you arm workouts! They really do work and I have more arm strength. Awhile ago you did a video on your makeup and beauty ideas.     Loving these quick intense hits!! I am a mom and both kids are doing online school so I want to work out but it needs to be quick and efficient! These are perfect for that!     I've been working out for 3weeks straight now and there's a slight changes on my arm but those workouts i'd try weren't intense as your workout. I always have a problem with my arm if i missed working out for a week especially during period i noticed my arms getting fat than the other part of my body. I thought this workout was easy but i had to stop atleast 5secs for like every 2mins. I love the feelings of arms getting burned, i feel like it's really effective. Finally, I found you. Thank you for these free workout You have a perfect arms and back by the way. I watched your old videos and I'm really amaze that you've maintained your slim arms. I really wanted to have a slim arms like yours. ❤️ From 🇵🇭
    I don't have dumbbells yet but i found 2 plastic bottles for 500ml each that I'd just use today for the 1st time coz i really wanted to try this workout after watching it.😊

    I love your arm workouts. I hurt my rotator cuff though and its hurts to do some of the excerises like the wide open row. What can I do to help this muscle get better?👍😁

    Hi Annie: I love your workouts for the arms. Do you have any of your videos that are just Biceps and Triceps. I have had 4 rotator cuff surgeries, and I am not to raise any weights above my head. If you don't have anything, would this be something that you would consider creating. Thank you.

      I also have a shoulder injury. I can't do these that fast which is ok cause I like doing the time an tension lifting. To watch you makes my shoulder hurt. 😅 I do your arm w.o.'s just not fast like you do. Keep the videos coming!

      @@gillianhart2344 it doesn't seem, for me, you would get any benefits doing it fast. Cause I tried doing it fast I wasn't paying attention to my form and I got sloppy. Which is why I have shoulder issues now. Not from her videos. But when I first started weight lifting I had no guidance and was doin it wrong. Thus the shoulder injury. But like I said, I like the time an tension. I want strength as well as bulk. 💪🏽

      @@kellydukepoo2450 I agree. It’s not about speed. I usually watch videos like this in full, then do the exercises myself at my own speed. Doing more reps or for longer, but slower. I like using resistance bands too.

    Good one as always. I’m having elbow issues and I’m using 1lb. weights and it’s still a great workout. Will go back up to 2lbs or even 3lbs once my elbow recovers. Please note that I didn’t hurt my elbow from doing your exercises.
