Absolutely fantastic video. My kids, husband and I all had our own stations in the kitchen yesterday and we made pasta from scratch. Turned out amazing! Her instructions were perfect and succint. Will be referring back to this in the future too. Thank you!!
You have honestly saved my life, i have a cooking exam tomorrow and needed to make a tagliatelle Bolognese. All the recipes i found said to use a special machine or had really complex folding methods and cutting methods etc. but this one helped me out so much and im stress free now ❤
@@GiuliaArdizzone I did the exam and it turned out really well! Honestly thank you again for this, because the night before i stressing out badly, not being able to find a tagliatelle recipe that wasnt confusing or didnt involve a machine. It did take a second try to get it perfect but the end results were amazing 👍
When you make the pasta. Leave it uncooked. Portion it on a tray. Put the tray in the freezer. Once its frozen, add it into a bag or container and freeze until you need it again. 2-3 minutes in salted water..or when it floats to the top and is nice and soft.
is there a way to make it and store the uncooked pasta so that i can make a bunch before and then if i want to make pasta i can take it and just cook it?
The Kitchenaid website says 2-6 months for dried pasta (just hang on a drying rack or lay flat on a baking sheet and let air-dry for 12-24 hours) and up to 8 months for frozen pasta.

Thank you for the amazing and short video!
Made this tonight and it was so successful!
Very good tutorial. Thank you!
Should you fully dry the pasta prior to freezing? Also, how can you tell when its cooked properly? I assume its different than store-bought pasta.

can you make spaghetti without machine or guitarra? like with a knife ? or is it not worth the effort having to cut so thin?

interessante la pasta senza uovo se ci puoi spiegare come si fà, grazie per la tua disponibilità 🙂
Mine turned out kinda chewy, any idea what I did wrong?
Can I use this for ravioli?
Yeah, i did the same for ravioli but obviously without the folding and cutting at near the end
