- A simple & juicy leg workout I know you’ll love! If you’re familiar with my strong lower body program on @evolveyou app you will be super familiar with these exercises 🔥
WORKOUT:
✅ Heavy loaded BB squat: 6 reps 4 sets and final set at 12 reps reduce weight
✅ Sumo DB squat: 10-12 reps 4 sets
✅ Heavy load Leg Press: 6-8 reps 4 sets
✅ Step ups: 6/8 reps each leg 3 sets

Simply put:
do some squats
followed by squats
followed by leg press (seated squats)
and then finish everything off with some split squats

@@RR-xm9iu hi! It’s Krissy’s program on Evolveyou ( : she has different programs and you just choose which one would work best for you. I do her strong lower body program, but it also includes upper body workouts as well.

Gurl, can I request for A full beginner version? Seriously no idea how to plan out all my moves
This is similar to my beginner workout but you have to adjust the weights to how much you can do and the amount of reps and sets. A year ago I only squatted just the barbell, moved onto sumo squats with dumbbell just as in the video, followed by sided lunges, and Bulgarian split squats. Now Im repping 35 each side for squats and 65 pound dumbbells sumo squat 25 pounds Bulgarian split squat, but took dedication to go up in weight and still going up!Everyone starts some wheee
