I struggled with injuries and pain a lot. You showed me how important mobility is, and I started working on it. Now, I have no injuries or pain. It helped me progress in my workouts since I can push further. Your positivity is very contagious, and these follow-along videos are great. Love your content.

exactly same experience here. but my workout is skateboarding. it feels like my body is slowly adapting and everything is getting to the right place again. if this keeps getting better and better, i can go crazy on my board in no time. i can't wait :D
p.s. i just did the atg split squads so far. can't imagine how healthy my body becomes, if i do everything

ive been incorporating atg split squats and cossack squats in my warm up for the past couple of weeks and ive definitely been noticing a lot of progress on my mobility and form 😌 they are sooo good

Happy Sunday Patty 💪❤️ I’ve been doing the following post workout routine for 3 years now:
- Seal pose
- Child’s pose
- Hero Stretch
- Pancake stretch
- Reverse Plow
- Butterfly stretch
- Figure Four stretch
- Thoracic stretch laying laying down
- Sitting Hip and Back stretch
- ATG split squat
All of them suck pretty bad. I’m not forcing myself or anything. I really hate the Hero Stretch. There’s nothing Hero about It. They should call it _The Bad Person Stretch_ or
_The FML Stretch_ because that’s what I say every time I do that stretch and the reverse plow.
Lol maybe they call it that in an attempt to make u subconsciously believe it’s not so bad?! 😭 or bc it takes hero power 💪 sounds like an awesome routine tho Jon 👏

These stretches for mobility are always great I definitely could more stretching too. I try not to go too hard though cause I’m still fat and might break both my legs haha keep up the wonderful content patty respect.

I do the thoracic wall extension (among other simple extension exercises) as warmup before cleaning the house, but instead of doing it with my arms open, I do it with my hands together in the center on the wall, and I can confirm, this particular exercise is totally relaxing. Warmup prepares you for any exercise, it's beautiful and healthy, so thank you Patrisha for sharing your knowledge with everyone, you are amazing!

Hell yeah. I learned the splits off of some of your videos. I've played and followed along with the original mobility video so much I wore it out. Im sure I'll benefit from following along with this one. 😀 dude! My spinning heel improved a ton from the last mobility routine. First short on my channel is an example of my trailer park kung-fu 😂

Hi LBP!!! Studied exercise science in HS planned on becoming a personal trainer, but military detour followed by going a totally different route with bike mechanics/guide/instructor. I love that there really isn't a perfect routine or workout (etc), and that it is mostly just about whatever you vibe with the best. That said, I think you choose a lot of really good exercises.
I adopted a few of the ones you have shown over the past year, and they certainly make a big difference. I always think that if I practiced mobility to the extent that you do that I would be unstoppable.😂 lol

I really liked this video and it was useful for me. My Physiatrist gave me a mountain of exercises to help with my movement and balance, many of which you did cover. It is always better to have a visual refference than trying to mimic from a piece of paper :D
