When I bought G2724D (it was more expensive where I live, $320), it came with 5 dead pixels and the brightness was nowhere near 400 nits. It really depends on your room conditions though. I had a 32" Gigabyte 4K QD-OLED and a 32" LG 4K W-OLED here. I didn't notice anything bad due to the QD-OLED coating. What I did notice was the sharper image (most W-OLED are matte except the one you got which unfortunately on the other hand doesn't use the newest W-OLED subpixel layout like the 480HZ ASUS for example) and in HDR it wasn't even a competition. Right now I preordered the ASUS XG27ACDNG which is the 360HZ QD-OLED version of what you got, albeit with a better configuration (90W USB-C and KVM switch).

Burn in on OLED still scares me. I do a lot of productivity work on the side and I don't want a monitor that I have to replace within 2 years because there's a ghost taskbar at the bottom of it. Mini LED also just isn't there yet with dimming zone resolution, blooming makes general computer use look silly (mouse bloom over dark backgrounds).

@Eddie2Dynamite and they put the monitor in far less than ideal conditions aka the wrong way to use it. I had it for a couple weeks before I returned it to buy a TV to replace my broken one. Great monitor that comes well calibrated, has good brightness for an oled, and the colors are stunning, the only bad thing is the OSD and even then its not crazy slow, worked fine for me. If you dont need a KVM switch or 360hz, make sure to get the MAG 271QPX-E2 and not the QRX bc its cheaper while having the same panel
I just ordered an AW2725DF yesterday since it was on sale and nearly €300 off the MSRP. It should be a great upgrade from my old backlit IPS monitor...
After using a LG C1 OLED for the past two years, the drop in image quality with non-OLED displays has become too noticeable whenever I play on my PC.
The fact that the AW2725DF has a three-year warranty covering burn-in is a great bonus and gives me peace of mind.
Been using that one for four months, great pick! Its only con is the price, but the specs are sublime.

I have Asus XG27AQDMG and I really like it. Very smooth experience with beautiful colours and text clarity isn't bad at all.
First I wanted to buy QD-OLED but when I saw what ambient light does to the black colours, I canceled my order and got Asus instead.
Very good monitor and I recommend it
It really depends on your room conditions though.

@Eddie2Dynamite and they put the monitor in far less than ideal conditions aka the wrong way to use it.
