That would be reasonable however cults tend to cut you off from anything that may reveal them by telling you they are the only truth. I had no clue about this and have been watching her and the other dancers for a couple of years thinking how wholesome. Honestly heartbreaking how she just cut off her family.

I can understand wanting independence but why would she COMPLETELY cut ties with all of her family to the point of not even going to her grandpa’s funeral? Even the roughest relationships come together in times of death. She is definitely showing strong signs of being controlled by someone else and it’s a shame 😢

Wanted to study the bible? You don't need to be in a cult to do so. She needs to face the fact that she wants 7M to deliver fame & fortune. What's unforgivable is that her family raised her, fed her, clothed her, put a roof over her head and gave her the things she needed and she treats them like dirt.

I cut all ties..and joined a Christian based non denominational church and grew so much closer to God..im more spiritual than religious now..definitely doesn't feel the same, I'm at peace, and feel spiritually fed in a healthy way.

My sister-in-law got into a cult when we were jn our 20s. I think they attract people who feel lost and have a need to belong. They ended.up killing her, because when she got cancer, they convinced her she didn't need treatment.

!!!!!!! Would you ever cover an unsolved case? From my hometown, Buffalo NY. Amanda Wienckowski!!! There are so many twists and turns from this case. From an undercover cop with the police force to a shady medical examiner who recently resigned due to falsifying an autopsy. She was found outside of the suspects house frozen in winter. He eventually went to prison, not for her case but for another women who was eerily killed the same way! I would love for you to bring light to this case. It has been covered over the years.

But the posting of their dancing videos slowed way down until you posted your deep dive on this a few days ago. I've now noticed that they are all going by new TikTok names!! It's super weird!! I find the amount of money 7M and the cult leader himself is taking advantage. How many stories have we heard from musicians that were victims of shady managers that took advantage of their inexperience to rob them blind? Taking a too huge cut of what these dancers are making is Exhibit A against that leader/pastor. I believe it’s in the neighborhood of 30-40%! In my eyes, the financial actions the ‘pastor’, also acting as their talent manager, is taking seems criminal to me. That’s a verse often used against children who go no contact with abusive parents. I am not saying that is the case with Miranda. But please use the verse appropriately. Sometimes to honour parents is to leave their abusive ways.

Cults aren’t illegal. She’s an adult …and there’s SO MUCH MORE TO THIS STORY that the docuseries didn’t address! You got half the story. Just know, a person invited with the creation of it is a cult leader, being sued for defamation and has a vested interest in the public denouncing 7M. That person is at risk of losing millions for tortious interference in the case and has committed crimes to help ruin 7M’s reputation. This a one sided story! Miranda didn’t participate because she followed the judge, who’s overseeing the case, orders “Do not speak about the case”.

This is an adult woman who has made her choice. There’s really nothing you can do. It’s her journey to figure out as painful as it is for you.
When i cut ties with my family, my mom tried telling everyone that my husband changed me,and made me a different person, and even brainwashed me.. The thing is, I was never happy at home, always left alone while my mom took great care for my other two sisters,and when my mom started partying and drinking and emptying our savings accounts, i had enough.. i ran away at 15, started working odd jobs,sleeping anywhere i could.. I met my now husband at 17 , we married at 19&21,and i tried so many times to get along with my family, but all they could do is make me feel like shi#.. I integrated into my husbands family,and gained my own family finally, who loved me and cared for me . I'm the only one of my sisters who has kids now, and not one of my side of the family, has a right to see them.. I regret nothing.. When my mom tried to pimp me out to a 25yr old man,when i was 15, i knew i had to leave..

There’s a religious cult here in South Korea that we were for-warned about that has similar antics. The moment my family moved here they were knocking on our door. What was strange was after my husband asked politely for them to leave they kept asking if there were women in the house. He said no then they came back with a different group asking for young women. Super weird and creepy. As followers of Christ we are taught to be carful and have discernment. There will be many that will try to use The Lords name for evil. Self proclaimed and false prophets lurk everywhere, and the Bible calls them Antichrists. I pray for the families protection and that they get their children back! All darkness comes to to light. ❤
It took me a hot minute to figure out who Miranda was she looked so familiar to me, she does a lot of TikTok dancers with a guy named Vik as well as her husband B'dash, she's really talented, but this is very sad to hear.

The craziest thing to me is that BOTH Wilking sisters went to this church but only one was brainwashed. Had she gone versus picking friend up at airport would she have gotten out? I’m definitely going to watch the deep dive, but there’s something off about the sisters expression while the dad is pouring his emotions out. I’m curious as to why she keeps trying to conceal a smile while he is crying and mom looks upset. The sister’s demeanor just doesn’t seem to fit the moment.

100% CULT victim. Only 27, she's being abusive to her family that truly love her. When she's older she'll look back on this & regret the years she lost from her family. Her only abusers are that cult. So glad Netflix took this on as a series. 😢
